Thanks for all the warm welcomes guys. I really apreciate it. :)

As for my situation, I just got a e-mail back from customer service from one of the toy stores. Apparantley even they don't have a clear date as to when the sets will be available but i'm just going to keep an eye on the webshops for now.

Yeah, I had a few. They're obnoxious to own because they're basically filled with the most useless Bionicle/Technic pieces ever and then some somewhat useful ones mixed in. I have a ton of multicoloured Hockey people bodies because of that and they're large and very hard to use. If they made one for CCBS that would be much better as CCBS is actually useful and works with each other unlike all those obscure Bionicle and Technic parts from over the years.

Problem is those buckets were used mostly for surplus parts (I always liked them, but still) that they wanted to get rid of. I assume CCBS parts can be recycled a lot more easily.

Yes I suppose so.

My mods involve bulking up his shoulders and legs. Even though it doesn't do much to the specific region, the bulk does help the overall look. One thing you could try is hanging something from the exposed hole directly above the hips, perhaps a Throwbot foot.

Good idea thanks  Sadly I don't have any but I could find something similar maybe...

Definitely. Plus I don't know how well the Bionicle buckets sold, so there's no telling whether or not LEGO would consider doing that kind of thing again.

On the Bionicle buckets, this was brought up a few days ago on the subreddit. I mentioned that they were made from surplus parts and that I doubt Lego would make another surplus parts bucket in the same fashion due to differences in manufacturing. I had the idea that maybe Lego could release a big creative bucket similar to the 'Basic' theme, or release a large set along the lines of the Master Creature Builder set from 2001 with instructions to make a handful of creatures but plenty of excess pieces so you could make whatever your heart desires.

That would be great, and it would really make Okoto feel alive, rather than just a backdrop for cool fight scenes.

That would be great. Basically like Master Builder Academy for CCBS. I'd actually really like that since MBA taught some cool System building techniques, so I'd be curious to see what kinds of new CCBS building techniques I'd see there.

CCBS is in its infancy still, and I doubt that a CCBS MBA set would be super great because I think that the most complex technique I have seen in a stock set is the torso for the Furno Jet Machine.

When I get the To a, I'm going to modify them into my own characters. Namely, I'm going to swap Tahu and Kopaka's bidy types and bulk up Pohatu and use yellow instead of silver for a secondary color in order to give him a "cowboy-samurai" type look.

Well, seeing as I accidentally ordered a duplicate Tahu, I'll be using that Tahu's gearbox and head in a custom MOC, using the extra Skull Spider as their mask.

Also, my order at the UK LEGO Shop (All of the Toa, and three of the Protectors) has been "In Warehouse" for a few days now... How long should it be 'til I get my order? I bought them on the 2nd of January.

Not sure what's up with yours. Ordered mine on the 1st of Jan, should be delivered later today according to the tracking. Till then, a lovely session of Top Gear with a cuppa.

Sets in August is a couple of baddies. Set names:

Skull Warrior

Skull Shredder

Skull Scorpion

Skull Crusher

Mask Maker vs Skull Destroyer

Already got that information but thanks any how! XD But are you sure it's not Mask Maker vs Skull Grinder? Previous "leaks" or just plain speculation for that matter have stated "Grinder" not "Destroyer".

Mask Maker vs Skull Destroyer

Not surprised the names changed so much. Like with the Protectors/Defenders, Surge Battle/War/Combat Machine, etc. It's all a matter of translation.

Assuming these are the final ones, my predictions are mostly unchanged. Warrior is a 10 Euro trooper figure (as a direct evil counterpart to the Protectors). "Shredder" sounds a bit different than "Slicer", I assumed it was a swordsman warrior but they might pull a TMNT reference and give it large bladed claws. Not sure about Shredder's price, it could be 15 Euro I guess (I wouldn't mind all 3 middle sets being 20, though).

Interesting that Scorpion's and Crusher's orders are switched around, so Crusher might be the more expensive one, but the previous list had set numbers associated with the names so it might not mean anything. Of course, it could be that these two have the same price point, so their orders are interchangeable (if you switched around 70788 Kopaka and 70787 Tahu it won't matter much since they're both 20 Euro sets). In that case, I think these are both 20 Euro sets, Crusher/Basher being a big guy (like an evil Onua) and Scorpion being Statue Guy©, a taller figure like Tahu and Kopaka.

Finally, since Mask Maker is once again singular, I guess there goes my theory that it's actually "Makers", so the set will most likely include Ekimu and him only. I guess "Grinder" sounded a bit too dark, but I'm still going to miss that term. "Destroyer" still sounds too different from "Hoarder", so I still think that they are the leader of the Skull Army and that we're not going to see Makuta this year.

I guess my post is moot then, ah well I had fun writing it anyway.

Risgrynsgrot, does S. Scorpion look anything like the circled statues here? And do any of the villains happen to wear this mask? That would settle some major debates we had..

The names could be different in english, I translated the names.

The Scorpion guy looks like he had 4 legs, and the Skull Destroyer/Grinder is much larger than Ekimu

So my dreams may be coming true. Excellent.

Please do tell us more about these summer sets? Thanks!

Also, analyzing my skull spider I noticed the top of the masks have another clip connection point, which is only used in two sets so far. But I can't help but think they would design it for those two sets alone so I'm wondering if these sets will use the skull spiders masks but possibly have a, or unique, secondary masks connection to that point? Almost like the brain attack visors. I'm all for that, actually.

I'd say that the top clip connection point is indeed intended for the stinger, since it's not really a waste to add a little something for 2 sets. Plus it opens up the opportunity for another modification, as you said (though I'm not sure how a visor would work)

I just noticed on S@H that LoSS's number is 70790, despite the set being cheaper than 70789 Onua. This sounds like a contradiction, but I do think LoSS is a special case, being the sole villain set of the Winter wave. Meanwhile the Summer sets are all villains (Ekimu is just a small part of a mostly villain set, according to Risgrynsgrot's description) so I think they're following the regular cheapest-most expensive order, like the 12 hero sets of the Winter wave are doing (Protector-small Toa-large Toa).

I so just got word from the customer service of one of the toy stores and they said they expect the new sets to arrive later this week or early next week. :)

Now i'm really excited and I can't wait to pick up Lewa and the Protectors of Jungle and Stone.

I think that answers the question, then. Yay for Ekimu! I'm expecting the Mask of Creation to be included... am I right?
