I have more fear if it does have those ancient crawings or not...

All the pics of it we have seen are so blurry it's really hard to see.

Unfortunately, I'm almost 80% sure it doesn't. But we can't 100% say for sure until we get closer images.

Am I the only one who's more excited about the new recolours/pieces in the Ninjago sets than the new pieces in the Bionicle Summer Wave ? I mean, spring-/skullspider-green blades, even more spring-/skullspider-green elements and wings and white Protector feet and golden lightning spikes ? Seriously, these are all extremely awesome and useful :o Although I probably won't buy the sets, I can't wait until these pieces appear on Bricklink !

I wonder if that stand for the Mask of Creation is actually part of the set? The other "bonus masks" for the Skull Villains aren't pictured with brick-built stands like that.

It seems to me like it probably will be. Too bad that they couldn't make a brick-built version of that shrine-thing, but that would eat up at least $5 from the budget.

I don't want more complex Titans because that's a dumb term that hasn't been used since 2009 and should stay there.

Correction: the term "titan" actually hasn't been used officially since 2006. In 2007 they started officially referring to those sets as "warriors", which makes sense considering there's nothing remotely "titanic" about sets like Lesovikk or Mutran & Vican.

Anyway, I'm impressed with these new sets! Some of them have some mighty impressive piece counts. Amazing box art too!

Personally Darth Vader's complexity is what i'd hoped a titan set would be like. Or atleast the lowest level of what i'd class as a CCBS titan. It includes several printed pieces, a consistant colour scheme and a build that mixes CCBS with Technic to the extent where it covers most the bone pieces on the main body. Plus his size will likely dwarf Tahu easily.

Nothing new, but at least we see the sets from different angles. Basher still looks incredible, Scorpion still looks pretty great, Grinder is still deliciously evil-looking, Warrior actually looks a bit worse (head looks too big), and Slicer is still a naked mess. But there is one thing that still bothers me:

What is up with Ekimu's Protector mask?! It looks green--sickly, disgusting green. It's okay, though, since he'll always be wearing the MOCR (which I still want to see a picture of him wearing it!!)

And they'll be super cheap and easy to get, too! The best kind of "appear on Bricklink"!!

Not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but look in the upper right hand corner. Skull army confirmed.

that's what I expected. I'm thinking warrior, slicer, and scorpio are generic. With basher and grinder as leaders. That's my head canon anyway.

Bit disappointed about the Skull Army, but hopefully it's just reused designs.

Anyway, still looking good. Atrocious Toyfair posting, per usual, but I'm still looking forward to it all.

I wouldn't be so sure. I've seen some closer pics of the sets (http://news.toyark.com/2015/02/14/lego-bionicle-toy-fair-2015-151069) and many of the new parts (the masks, armor and weapon pieces) look like they're still made of rough ressin, so the finer details are still going to be a little washed out. I also wouldn't be suprised if this was the reason that Skull Scorpio is missing his mask. It might have gotten damaged durring transit.

Also, REJOICE! the Skull Slicer has all four arms geared!

Man, thanks for the high quality pics! ^-^ Also, I'm 90% sure that those parts are 3D printed pieces(Judging from the texture, they used a method similar to what Sapeways does) rather than resin. :P Too bad they couldn't get a good picture of Skull Basher's back, I really wanna see how his function works. ;~;

EDIT: Upon further inspection, I'm 100% sure those are 3D printed. At least the masks, swords & new attachments are.

Yeah, I kinda thought so too. :P Also, anyone else notice the Protector graveyard in the background of Skull Scorpio's box? Man, I really hope we get to see that in the animations!

They stick the mask symbol on everything, so it's hard to tell, but then again, we do have undead creatures rising from the ground... where else would they come from? =P

I notice the Skullers have the speckled prototype parts of their new stuff rather than the smooth finished versions. I always secretly hope we get the textured pieces because they look more interesting.

Story is getting darker (a bit)!
