DuckBricks Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 Like how you used those bulky Onua armor pieces without making him look too bulky...Perhaps you could add some more brown to the legs? Quote
Shakar Posted December 27, 2014 Posted December 27, 2014 I had this idea of using Onua's shoulder armour for Pohatu a long time ago (when I still wasn't quite sure of how to mod the Toa), it's cool to see that someone had the same idea and it actually looks good.. so I might go for it once I get the sets (and a extra Onua I'm planning to get anyway). I also like the use of Cragger's olive green elements. They really look good with dark orange, creating a very "natural" colour scheme. I wish they made the hands in tr. neon green, the hands matching the figure's secondary colour is a look I really like. I'm not sure of the gunmetal though, I think it clashes with silver. However it might not be a colour issue but a distribution one instead. I'd suggest putting more brown on the legs and perhaps moving some gunmetal to the arms area. Anyway, very cool and interesting revamp! Quote
Seltz Posted December 27, 2014 Author Posted December 27, 2014 Who's Roly? idk i thought you knew him Quote
Aethersprite Posted December 27, 2014 Posted December 27, 2014 While I'm not a fan of the use of the Onua armour, the usage of the olive green pieces is genius! They blend very well with the brown. I might try to mod my Pohatu to use olive green instead of the trans yellow. Quote
CabooseBM Posted December 27, 2014 Posted December 27, 2014 While this is an excellent MoC, the thighs aren't NEARLY gigantic enough to be based on Roly art. =P I think you came upon something brilliant with that dark orange on olive green though! Bravo for that! Quote
