Posted December 26, 201410 yr Hi. Got the high speed train for my son and he loves it. But we can't get the remote control to work. All lights are on but the train won't go. Any suggestions what I need to check?
December 26, 201410 yr Welcome! Check these things: Is battery box turned on? Does the remote work? Is the motor connected to the receiver? Is the receiver connected to battery box?
December 26, 201410 yr Author Hey. Checked all connectors and one of them was slightly off, hence it wouldn't work. I've checked that yesterday but looked ok. All working now and having lots of fun. Thank you for fast reply. Have a Merry Christmas

Thank you for fast reply. Have a Merry Christmas Had that happened to me too. The connector from the motor was just a tiny bit off on the IR receiver. Lights on battery box and receiver were green.
