June 5, 20159 yr It would be, but today is holiday in Denmark, so we will have to wait for monday. Not sure if you 'assume' it's coming this Monday or if you 'know' it's coming this Monday. Edited June 5, 20159 yr by Emmi

June 5, 20159 yr The wait for this unveil is taking forever ... one of histories most iconic Ferrari build with LEGO bricks, I have to see it!
June 5, 20159 yr The wait for this unveil is taking forever ... one of histories most iconic Ferrari build with LEGO bricks, I have to OWN it! there fixed it for you (and everyone else in this thread I imagine)
June 6, 20159 yr Lately the trend for reveals has been roughly a month before the wide release date (not counting VIP early access), so I personally expect the video to come out around the first of July, maybe a little sooner. Alas, I think you're correct. The Ferris Wheel designer video was released on Apr 30 and was release for VIP in mid May.... DAMN! I don't want to wait another month, so excited for this one.
June 6, 20159 yr This could probably be unveiled a bit earlier though, they should really build up the hype for the release ... Edited June 6, 20159 yr by Emmi
June 6, 20159 yr I can wait!I hope for best reendition of this car in lego form! 1:12 scale but better 1:10 scale.
June 6, 20159 yr I know we are debating more or less LEGOs release date for this......I just am surprised pics have not been leaked by a disgruntled, rogue, or otherwise mis-directed (or appropriately directly, however you are inclined) employee,

June 8, 20159 yr aaaaaaaaaannnd its Monday. Nothing. I think we better be prepared for a Jul 1 unveiling folks......
June 9, 20159 yr Maybe they are waiting for some car related event to present this model. There is Goodwood festival of speed 25-28 june. There is already Goodwood lego contest http://thebrickblogger.com/2015/05/lego-speed-champions-contest-on-rebrick/ . Can be this date realistic?
June 9, 20159 yr I dunno..... but I think I am done guestimating. I guess I will just wait for its unveiling sometime in the future....... whenever that is. Ah......hear the rush of disappointment whooshing on by?
June 9, 20159 yr Im mostly interested in engine and hood, IMO its the most complex part of ferrari F40.I hope that they dont make it uninteresting like engine in Mini Cooper...
June 10, 20159 yr The F40 was the only car I dreamed of owning as a child. I had a large scale Burago model what I would race around the house, and imagine that I was winning races in! TLG couldn't have chosen a more iconic modern sports car; particularly as it was the last that Enzo was involved in.
June 11, 20159 yr The F40 was the only car I dreamed of owning as a child. I had a large scale Burago model what I would race around the house, and imagine that I was winning races in! TLG couldn't have chosen a more iconic modern sports car; particularly as it was the last that Enzo was involved in. There is a high chance that bburago will produce F40 again .I bought bburago Laferrari in 1:24 as a gift and it looks great for its price.Cant wait for 1:18 signature versions :-)
June 11, 20159 yr To get you drooling more, here are some pics of a local F40 I took last year at my local Cars and Coffee meet up. Definitely a show stopper. No door handles inside. Just wire cable. Why? Because Racecar. This is what is under the hood. Wheel Vacuum diagram
June 12, 20159 yr my take away after looking of those pictures I'm left with a single complaint about the Ferrari F40. man are those some old tail lights! yes I know the car is near 3 decades old but the rest of the car is flawlessly aged it screams 80s styling but would still give modern supercars a run for their money on the looks all the way around... till you reach those thick round heavily refracted tail light covers... don't get me wrong I know that was the norm in the day but its the only part of the car that underwhelms when so much of it overwhelms.
June 16, 20159 yr In anticipation of this release, I picked up an 8653 Enzo on Bricklink to go with my 8145 599.
June 19, 20159 yr Now Im sure they release first photos at Goodwood Festival of Speed. But next week there will be another store calendar probably with photo of F40.
