We must be quick, then!

Not only do we need to save our own files, we need to save others files as well. Let us get organized; we need to save all the best galleries of every category!

I will save my own files as well as the ones I have bookmarked and any I can come across that catch my interest.

As I said, we must rally quickly! I call on someone more involved in the community, such as Jinzo, to take the lead in this, as I can not.

OK...

I'm prepared to utilise 100MB to back up some of the legoland windsor pics... given I work there. They seem too precious to lose.

Edit: seems like the file sizes are just too vast. Kevin, as yuo're here, please tell us what you intend to do next. It influences how much we decide to backup!

Do we reckon it would be possible between us to save the entire brickshelf? Kind of like a seto@home thingy? These are questions the community must consider, and fast!

can i just take the opportunity here to thank you for your contribution to the Lego community in the passed couple of years? Brickshelf has always been a mainstay in the Lego world and i'm sad to see it go. :-X I can't really belief this is actually happening... :-X

Hey FreeBee, I misunderstand your post. What is the link for? Please elaborate. Thanks.

EDIT: Yeah, what copmike said... :-D :-D :-D

It's a download tool especially made to backup entire brickshelf folders including subfolders. Download, extract, start. No installation needed.

Just saved all my pics! (finally). Good luck all!

So did I. Ahh. I also transfered them to Maj. Hope everyone gets this done.

Maj? That is a good idea. I am currently attempting to make a Moc Pages from mocpages.com, then I want to make a photobucket. What are the chances both of those will pull a 'brickshelf'? X-D

Just wanted to confirm for you guys, the "kevin" posting is not the Kevin from Brickshelf.

Thanks Jennifer. I hope you're the real jennifer from Peeron. *wacko* I have a feeling you are. Thanks for letting us know and of course thank you for everything you do over at Peeron. :-)
