I don't think "Monsters" has been officially confirmed as the title for the series. We don't even know what the remaining five figures are. My bet is on "Spooky Series".

It's definitely "LEGO Minifigures Series 14: Monsters"

Its odd how long we have had some pictures but still nothing more, would like to see the rest. Not sure I will get many but I like a cheap wave so that's ok with me.

We'll get pictures in aprox 6 weeks

I think the list will be out soon

I was looking at the figures on Brickipedia, and some of the pages of the revealed figures say they have two-toned legs? I thought that wasn't feasible. We don't get to see any of their backs, so this information seems misleading until it's actually proven as such. The Simpsons Series 2 didn't have any two-toned legs, so I seriously doubt this series will, either.

2015 introduced two-plastic minifigure legs. The two plastics surround the lower leg hole on the back. There's a pic somewhere of Spider-Man's legs, but I don't know where it is.

Well hey, there's a first time for everything! Yeah, we have no proof yet, but just because the previous series didn't have them doesn't necessarily mean the next one won't, any more than the lack of two-tone arms prior to the first Simpsons series would have meant they wouldn't show up there.

What has this to do with Series 14?

It's only me who doesn't get it?

They are discussing the viability of two-colored plastic legs, since Series 14 is rumored to contain a set, and using the picture as evidence that they are indeed already a reality since Spider-Man has them.

Oh thanks!

Btw, I may have a source of the whole 16 minifigures, but I will post my list only when I am certain about it.

Great. I appreciate your verifying your info as well.

Looking at the minifigs that were already revealed, they could be doing it on both the Mad Scientist with the tall head and the Purple Witch. Both of them have specific demarcation on the legs.

You can also kind of see the two-plastic legs on the Lumberjack-turned-Werewolf and the Zombie Pirate Captain. At the very least, the color on them looks too solid to be solely prints.

We probably didn't see these kinds of legs with S13 or SS2 because the technology wasn't available when the figures were being designed. So the fact we're seeing them here for the first time has slightly piqued my interest for this series. And it makes me excited to see what else comes to fruition with this technology...

I'm mostly interested in space these days, but I can still see some use for some of these. I like that the rocking monster has a Sid Vicious padlock and chain thing going on and without the top part of his head he'd make a pretty good generic alien character. While the mad scientist's head is a little, uh, different, but his outfit could easily work for a significantly less mad scientist or maybe medic? Any bright pink blooded aliens out there?

As for the cat suited woman, I could do with retro-haired cat eared space ladies. : )

I've already got a few green skinned and white skinned aliens, so the witch, vampire woman and skeleton boy (or whoever does end up with that head) could definitely find a place. (Also as someone who wears lots of stripey socks, I want those witch legs and the cat - I've got a bit of a collection of Lego cats going.) The zombie pirate head could also be pretty useful. People (including angry grey ones) can still lose eyes in space. Zombie cheerleader's hair is cool.

Also another werewolf is always useful because, well, there are an awful lot of alien species in my collection that look like Earth animals thanks to Chima and the previous collectible minifigs.

I'm not hugely interested in the monster theme, and I'm kind of bored of zombies, but there's still quite a lot there that I could work with and that's without seeing most of the accessories, so yeah, I'm pretty happy with what we've seen so far.

I'm interested to see what the other minifigures will be in this series. My favourite one so far is the tiger girl.

The best part about that figure are the cat ears on girl hair. They definitely need to create more color and style variations of that. My best bet is for the next series of Lego Elves to involve a visit to a land of all cat people (squeal!)

Now that would be cool.

*Crosses fingers*

I realized that out of the five we haven't seen, only one is likely to be female. But I expect that the Tiger Girl is one of the only non-spooky characters in the series.

Hmm. Put the Fly, the Alien Mosquitoid, and Twitch together, and get a whole collection of winged insectoid figs.

Out of curiosity, (and if you are able to tell), how do you know that there is a Fly and that it has a new head? It's actually something I considered for a monster lineup, but I didn't think it was going to happen.
