Another shaggy with his standard face. That way we can get excited about a scooby poly but not really add to what has already been released!! Now I'm SUPER excited!!!!

It seems kinda weird they would make a new pollybag without making any new sets.

The polybag is called just Scooby Doo so I guess that makes sense. Looks like the normal kind, oh well.

Dimensions Scooby was the sitting variation. Also the exclusive printing for the Dimensions Scooby is on the opposite side of the head, so we can't even tell if it's the same head.

Really the picture is too small to tell if the printing is new.

Scooby Doo was one of my favorite cartoons as a kid, and I would've died for SD sets at that age. I'd be wiling to get the mystery machine and/or the haunted mansion, but I really think they don't do much justice for the cartoons.

1. The mystery machine is kinda small and there isn't even space for the entire team, and I guess that's why Daphne and Velma aren't included.

2. The mystery mansion is too... scraggly? I don't know... it lacks of that scooby doo haunted mansion vibe, I think even the inside lacks of playability. Maybe they could've done a cheaper version of the Monsters haunted house with different colors and details. And yeah, Fred is not included.

I will have to bricklink the minifigs and pray that they are not bloody expensive, cause my wallet will be screaming with just the price of the dollar.

Yep, although a few jumper plates and some other minor modifications, though, and three in the front and Shaggy in a chair behind works pretty well.

You don't even need to change the structure, as long as you're fine with two in front, two in back. Removing the kitchenette setup leaves two seats in the back, and sitting Scooby can look into the front.

How many variations are there of the SD minifg? Is the Dimensions version exclusive?

The dimensions one is in fact exclusive

The versions of scooby doo in the sets are as follows

Museum set: standing, smiling

Headless horseman set: sitting, goggles

mystery machine set: standing, scared

Lighthouse set: sitting, scared

Mystery Mansion set: standing, smiling (same as museum)

Dimensions pack: sitting, tongue sticking out

New variation is of his mouth being open with his tongue partially sticking out.

Oddly Blu-ray.com is now saying it comes out on March 10th, while Amazon says May 10th and the original press release says May 3rd. So when this actually comes out is anyone's guess.

I'm not sure how long they'll keep the series around for but I would imagine it would be at least a year from the time that they started selling them. I think discounts on them are just kind of off an on at random.

I'm a completionist, so I need it. I was sent all the sets last year

and love them to bits, especially since they came out near enough the same time as the Halloween minifigure series. I really hope we get more Scooby-Doo sets in the future, it would be such a shame if Lego did not release any.

Yes, his head has a tongue printed on one side of his mouth.
