For anyone growing up in the UK flicking through the Argos catalogue was part of Christmas, looking at all the toys and making a list!

Well if you want to relive any of that it seems a lot of the old Argos catalogues are available to view online, from 1973 / 1999 by the looks of it. Most importantly for us it lets you view all the Lego sets Argos used to have in each year.

View them all here: http://retromash.com/argos/ :classic:

(For those not in the UK the toy section was usually at the back  )

928 for £14.29? I'll take ten, thanks.

Adjusted for inflation that's around £77.66 so not cheap even back then :classic:

Edit : £60 for the yellow castle

I also look with the Zoids with desire... LEGO and Zoids were my two childhood loves. Regretably, while one is still fully accessable and only improving, the other is very expensive even before I enviosion a custom design!
