The resulting bolts of lightning bringing a slight smile as their light reflects off Darksten's darkened face. The Carly Addict gets furious at Darksten, but quickly changes the focus of his ire towards Leofwein. Darksten manages to take out the fast Carly Fanatic, but two more enemies are still standing. The effect of the Enthusiast's song fades. He fires another two, hoping to finish the fight. Battle order: Bobby: Addict from back Darksten: Addict from back Leofwein: Enthusiast from back Darksten: Enthusiast from back unless enamored then will target addict. If addict is dead and Darksten in enamored then he will stare angerly at the enthusiast while swaying to the music. Quote

The heroes have successfully cut in the line! THE BATTLE IS VICTORIOUS! Darksten gains half of a level while Bobby and Leofwein gain a level. The enemies drop the following loot: Grand Potion (Restores 25 health to the target.) Grand Tonic (Restores 15 ether to the target.) Remedy (Removes all negative effects from the target.) Phoenix Essence (Revives a fallen ally with full health during a battle.) Smelling Salts (Causes the hastened-effect, allowing the target to act twice in one round for the duration of one battle.) Smoke Bomb (Allows the party to escape the battle.) As the heroes collected loot from the unconscious fanatics, a seemingly bored and disgruntled gnome walked out of the back door and caught everyone's attention. "Alright, listen up! Here's the moment you've been waiting for and yadda yadda yadda! Blah blah blah, here she is... Pause for applause... Carly Swift, everyone." The door opened again, and a young woman with a radiant smile stepped out and waved to the crowd. The whole back alley exploded in roar of clapping, screaming and whistling - and the heroes were right on the front to see the popular starlet up close. "Hiya, everyone! Gods, it's so great to see you all again! Waiting for tonight's show, are you?" The crowd answered with excited shouting. "Alright, Carly will now answer some of your inane, repetitive questions. Comrade Commander Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 (edited) With the adrenaline of battle still coursing through his veins, and the frustration at his parties inability to hit a target, Darksten grumbles to his companions "Why don't we just use Bobby's whip to enamor our target while Leofwien and I deal with the gnome?" Knowing though the party wouldn't stand to the challenge, he mumbles slightly louder to the singer while still gripping his bow closely "What was your inspiration for 'Lovebird'?"
