Sunder Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 I'm not sure why I haven't published this model here yet. It's quite old, ant it was the first attemp to build a train. NuTrain[4] by Sunder_59, on Flickr Quote
Steph 104th Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 This is a fantastic creation, I love all the details, the middle section epescially. Quote
MusicaRibelle Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Cool. It's missing homer simpsons and his green rod on the side -- don't let him be the machinist! Quote
Ex cinno Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 Great locomotive with a simple but wonderfull color scheme. Quote
9v system Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 build it. it looks amazing I wonder what would happen if it crashed... Quote
docmikeb Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 Very beautiful and elegant locomotive!! Quote
detjensrobert Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 It appears to be this piece in Dark Red. Quote
Axel Repping Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 What part is in the middle, I don't recognize it?? TIA Quote
kieran Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 ah ok, so the front windscreen has no studs but the rest is built the normal way studs on top and that's enough for the title to hold on I guess Quote
Robin Creations Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 This is great! I love the cab! Quote
cgarison Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 Very nice train! Nice details through and through esp. on the back of the train cab. You must have learned that I am working on the replacement locomotive for this other nuke train..... The only problem is that we learned that nuclear powered space trains and galactic space ports do not mix well and end in "Big Booms." (There is a hint as to what what is going to happen on the Moon Base this year.) So the new train may have a different fuel source. Quote
THERIZE Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 Beautiful but i don't think it will be able to drive trough normal curves. I tested it a few years ago and four fixed axles cant drive trough corners. Quote
THERIZE Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 Beautiful but i don't think it will be able to drive trough normal curves. I tested it a few years ago and four fixed axles cant drive trough corners. Edit: i tested it. Apparently it actually works. Quote
detjensrobert Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 Edit: i tested it. Apparently it actually works. ...but grinds in the corners quite fiercely. It works, but not well. Try to get the center two axle assemblies to slide laterally. Quote
