I want to make a smaller Fortrex, because I lack space... Maybe a convertible tower. Brainstorming, Towertrax :D I'm excited at the possibilities.

I want a "steeder" ha-ha I'm full of good ideas today, but yeah I want a steeder that has no specific owner.

Thanks for the help!

Nexo Power Rules revealed!

Exclusive figure - Aaron's Squirebot

We also see what the new connecting piece for the bots is. Neat!

Gosh, I love the squirebots. This is our first time seeing one disassembled, which is neat. These activity books generally don't have exclusive figs, so Aaron's Squirebot will probably be showing up in one or more sets, though I'm not entirely sure of which ones.

I wonder if the "1 Nexo Power" on the cover will itself be exclusive, or not? I don't believe there's any real precedence for that sort of thing, unlike the minifigs... :look:

Has anyone made a list of all of the shields that have been seen so far?

Nice! I'll be buyuing that book for sure.

Aaron is currently my favorite knight. :classic:

That's a new Scurrier in the background, right?

Rats, he's my favorite too that makes that book kinda necessary :/

Aaron doesn't have a specific set yet, wonder what it will be?

I'm counting about 30 stickers for the shields. That's a lot, I understand why they're stickers.

Are they going to release the Book of Monsters? For real?

That sounds awesome!

So, that thing is officially called a "LEGO Minifigure"

Go figure....

I'm now noticing that the cover literally says "EXCLUSIVE MINIFIGURE INCLUDED" (silly me for not seeing that in the first place), so I guess that figure IS exclusive to that book. Huh. I think that's a first for these activity books.

I mean, it is LEGO. It is mini. It is a figure. I don't see any reason it wouldn't be considered a minifigure. LEGO skeletons, robots, and droids are generally considered minifigures even when they use few or no conventional minifigure parts.

I wonder if that "Nexo Power" means that the book includes both the shield and the sticker or only the sticker

The power could be exclusive to this book, as they there is some 150 powers on the NK press release. It depends if this number is for wawe 1 and 2, or all NK wawes...

Here, probably just a sticker inside as no shield appears with the "minifig" ? But as they said there will bill shield to scan in cereals Box and on TV, maybe it's even just a drawing ?

And now I will have to collect the 5 Squirebots...

The core of the squirebot seems like it'll be very useful. I may have to pick this up for the green version of the shoulder piece.

Preordered the book :) i think Aaron is awesome but my fave character at the moment is Lance.....the motorbike horse did it for me lol.

As for the scan i think with the books it will be a picture to scan and not a physical shield which i guess i can live with im sure plenty will be physical ones, just hope to god they are printed and not stickers

And everyone continues to assume the Nexo Powers will have stickers...

Don't get me wrong, it's definitely possible. But we haven't had many finalized pictures at all—even the high-res Fortrex and Evil-Mobile pics lack all the decorations those sets are supposed to have (compare those out-of-box pics of the Fortrex to the Fortrex's finalized box pic, and you'll notice that the shields on the Fortrex itself are also meant to be decorated). As such, it's way too early to assume that the Nexo Powers will be stickered. Stickers are used in early pictures to substitute for prints all the time, so until someone actually has one of these sets in-hand, I don't think we'll be able to tell one way or the other.

I hope the Book of Monsters is actually the Book of Monsters, but it's probably just a chapter book about it. It is hardcover, though... A human-sized version would be amazing, though.

That green Squirebot is nice, and adds variety, but I don't think it's worth buying the book for it.

Thats a good point. We will just have to wait.

I don't think "everyone" is 100% sure it will be stickers. The Fortrex art box photo is indeed too small to be certain. And you are right, prelims are just prelims. And I would love lego to print 100+ shields. But in this particular book case we are discussing now, the nexo power include is probably a sticker or a someting to scan. If a printed shield was include, why not put it with the squirbot ?

A good hand piece I think!

Maybe not...

We may see many future robots using this piece.

Just seen this article about the plans for the series.

thank you ! the part on the different themes sucess is interesting.

The Nexo Power is almost certainly a QR code or something to enable the power within the game. We already heard that these would be available through other media than just the sets; it wouldn't make sense to include a sticker with no shield piece, and there clearly is no shield piece included.

On the other hand, the possibilities with the new shoulder piece and droid body are pretty exciting! (Not to mention the 1x1 tiles with all the different insignia!) I probably won't grab the book, but I look forward to getting these pieces in sets.

I hope they are stickers, actually.

I never apply stickers, and I don't like the decorations for the shields, so to me they would be much more useful if they were stickered rather than printed.

I also think that the squire bots are a poor design. And Lance is my favorite knight because he looks to be the easiest to integrate into a medieval setting with his nice visor and lack of flashy bright colors.

For the books, it is just likely the cover printing that the app recognizes.

That squire bot torso looks like it could be good for some plant usage. I really hope all the new parts from this theme get included when we finally get that LDD update.
