Dr.Cogg Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 I wonder if the knight shown in the Nexo Knight book is Fright Knight ? Quote
Robert8 Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 and there is a vilain shadow with horns (near Flama on the left). An other lieutenant maybe ? Magmar ? Or maybe it's Jestro ? as there is ball at the extremity of the horn, and no Jestro shadow somewhere else ? That's Jestro's shadow IMO Quote
just2good Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Thank y'all for the kind responses! Here's a look at Lavaria! Quote
ChristopheQ Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 2 days old catapult review from the same guy who made Quote
DraikNova Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Eegh, I am going to have to spend a lot of money on Nexo Knights next year. All of the main sets, plus Ultimate Macy, Aaron, Clay, Lavaria and probably the Ultimates coming in the summer. Quote
just2good Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Here's a look the Mecha Horse! I didn't think much of it when I first saw it, but I ended up really liking the set! The mecha horse and the vehicle it transforms into are both great! Quote

BrickFit26 Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 I'm really loving all these reviews. Still haven't seen anything at my local stores Quote
LegendsOfNinjago Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 So almost all of them between a local target and Barnes and Noble Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 (edited) At the end of the Nexo Knights game, there's a mini trailer of what's coming next... In the trailer, a volcano was showcased heavily with a castle in the background... Could this be the volcano base? (Sorry, I'm on mobile, so you have to click the link. I'll try to fix it when I get access to a computer so the image appears on the page) Ooh! Looks like we're getting a new hat for Jestro after all. He's definitely going to have a new look, perhaps he will fit in more with all the creatures. Also it looks like we're getting another polybag: 30374 Edited December 22, 2015 by amazingbricks Quote
MrFishboy11 Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Does anyone know why the only two sets that Target seems to have in stock when I check with Brick Seek is Merlok's Library and Clays Rumble Thing... I've typed in different state area codes and only those show up. Anyone know in New York where I can get other Nexo Knight's sets. Quote
Lyichir Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Here's a look the Mecha Horse! I didn't think much of it when I first saw it, but I ended up really liking the set! The mecha horse and the vehicle it transforms into are both great! Thanks for the review! Your pictures are a lot better than the ones from The Brothers Brick's review. Though the way you've posed it in horse mode is odd... I feel like its legs are angled too far back, making it look like it's stretching across a gap or something. I feel like if you ratcheted those joints forward a notch or two it'd look better. Quote
Bricky Dee Williams Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Wow, seeing all these reviews (thanks J2G!) are convincing me that this theme is very good indeed! They've got a success in the making here. Quote
mediumsnowman Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 I found a couple Nexo Knights sets at Barnes and Noble in Issaquah, WA. I got the Chaos Catapult, I'll try and get some pictures up later. Quote

DuckBricks Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Just went to Barnes and Nobles in Crossroads (WA). Mostly true to their word, they had every set sans 4 Ultimates and (understandably) the King Mech, Infernox, and the library. Picked up every set they had (that I didn't have yet) except the Fortrex, as the box was extremely mangled and I figured I'd try another BnN for it. Had to ask them to go to the back room to find the sets, though, as only the catapalt, the Battle Blaster, Ultimate Clay, and the Rumble Blade were out. Quote
mediumsnowman Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 (edited) I'll be honest, I bought this one for the stud-shooter crossbow and the blue knight. However, the build is a pleasant surprise. It has some sweet trans-orange/dark brown parts and the catapult function works well. It also comes with a spare gold capstone, so that's great. Great value for $10. I'm tempted to go back to B&N to get the Knighton Disc Launcher and some of the Ultimates... must... resist... Edited December 22, 2015 by mediumsnowman Quote
just2good Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 (edited) Nice look at the Chaos Catapult! Here's a look at the Ultimate Robin set: I'm done for the night. Two left for tomorrow. Edited December 22, 2015 by just2good Quote
Still Raindrop Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 (edited) Thanks for all these reviews! I'm glad to see that King Halbert finally gives me a faceprint I had wanted: one with a full red (ok, orange, but you know what I mean) beard, newer style eyes, and no scars, eyepatches, etc. I might finally have a fitting sigfig face! And that dark orange beard piece is great, too--it'll be useful for when my beard grows longer. Edited December 22, 2015 by Tea Weevil Quote
dannallcorn Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Still none in the UK though :( unless anyone has seen any. Quote
just2good Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Here's a look at the Chaos Catapult and the Ultimate Beast Master! ...that's all for now, folks! And thanks for the kind response. Quote
8BrickMario Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 (edited) Having seen some of the show, I already like it. It's cool that it has its own art style, and it's already closer to Ninjago than it is to Chima. The characters are also pretty good, and I want figures of good Jestro and Alice. I think Axl could use the same hair as the rumored Mr. T. figure for Dimensions next year... Edited December 22, 2015 by 8BrickMario Quote
Aanchir Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 (edited) Nice look at the Chaos Catapult! Here's a look at the Ultimate Robin set: I'm done for the night. Two left for tomorrow. Hey Just2Good, I feel like you missed a significant detail in the Ultimate Robin review, which sort of explains why the blasters on his back are so bulky. I was just reading the product description of the set on barnesandnoble.com and it mentioned a feature that hadn't occurred to me: "Change his impressive spring-loaded shooter into robot legs to grow tall.... Whizz-kid Ultimate Robin loves dreaming up futuristic weapons—now watch him rise above his enemies on robot legs." I guess this just means you can angle the shooters down to work as legs, but that sort of casts them (and his "Mech Master" Nexo Power) in a new light! Edited December 22, 2015 by Aanchir Quote
Fritzy Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 That is interesting. just2good, willing to take a photo or two? Quote
