ChristopheQ Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) Interesting. Supports possibility that Arron's Aero vehicle will be Fortrex compatible "V2" I am sceptical... mostly support the idea V2 will be the same kind of concept as V1 (some kind of flying ballista). The V1 is already kind of too big for the Fortrex, if you make it few stud wider it will not fit anymore : I am wandering what the V2 will shot. V1 having already the biggest projectile (even a double 6 stud shooter would be lackluster...). Maybe something like the boulder blaster ? Edited January 13, 2016 by ChristopheQ Quote
DraikNova Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Maybe a brick-built projectile? Or it could still fire a technic projectile as the main arrow, but also fire an array of spring-loaded missiles from the wings. Quote

Could be dangerous if direclty shot with a spring or elastic rubber, no ? and a catapult is a different concept... Would need some rubber part or a small throwing power... NotMegalodon Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Hm, potentially... though I was kind of hoping for a bigger flying crossbow vehicle, and it could only get but so big and still fit on the Fortrex. Do we know the price of those two sets? 20€ for Macy and 35€ for Aaron. Coming from a second Dutch website leaking these set names and prices. Quote

Rayskull Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) Alternatively, why not call Clay's bike a "V2” since he gets one in Foetrex Edited January 13, 2016 by Rayskull Quote

PenPlays Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 NOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPE Reminder that the designer for Flama already confirmed that Flama is a male. End of discussion and moving on... So, I recently picked up Lance's Mecha Horse. As some, if not most of you, know, I'm a sucker for transforming Lego sets and this one is no slouch. Although the instructions don't call for it, the feet on the front legs look like they're designed to fold up, so that's just a little additional thing I transform to get more out of the function. It's a bit of a shame that Lance can't really see out of the windshield when in motorcycle mode, but no biggie. Dennis is also a good starter for the Squire Bots, and I must say, they're adorable. Love that we get an extra 1x1 heraldry plate as well. I hope we'll see at least one Squire-Bot for each of the Nexo Knights down the road. Quote
x105Black Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 According to the Dutch/Flemish Club magazine, Flama is Moltors twin... brother. Well that's how they were designed, so it's not surprising. It will be news if one of the sources changes their story. Until then, gender fluid / trans. Quote
BrickJagger Posted January 14, 2016 Author Posted January 14, 2016 Reminder that the designer for Flama already confirmed that Flama is a male. End of discussion and moving on... Trust me, I want this discussion to end too. The reason I said that is because the conflict had already been resolved and I was worried that that post would re-ignite it. Quote
BrickFit26 Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 If I am not wrong, the dutch source said 116,99 euros, so probably 120$, the typical price point for big action (winter) sets. 120 is better than 130, I hope its packed with playing features a lots of details. Quote
Lordofdragonss Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Fianly Xeno hit the shelves here in Poland. Lavaria and Macy are cuties, Moltor Lava Smasher is a great set with lots of new pieces and I really recomend it as a starter! I really hope we will get Nexo armor it transparent orange! Quote

I'd say: Cheers man! It's too bad, however, that my exams are next week. Too bad for my exams, right? Quote

legonerd54321 Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 Am I the only person who found these, but there's other merchandise for Nexo Knights other than books and other things, such as a soft foam sword and nexo shield. They look quite accurate to the real thing. Quote
Vorkosigan Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 I like the look of the sword and shield but ultimately I don't have a use for it. Would be a great start for a kid's Nexo Knight Halloween costume. Quote
Exetrius Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 Also another promotional pack thing with a new shield inlay: http://brickset.com/sets/5004389-1/Battle-Station Quote
Mr Greeble Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 Bought Lances Mecha Horse yesterday. Very nice set with good figures, although as a non-technic fan, I was a bit worried about how the back section was going to bend. Quote
Lyichir Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 Also another promotional pack thing with a new shield inlay: http://brickset.com/.../Battle-Station I'm curious what the 19 parts are... do the "cards" it seems to include count? Or is there more brick content than is evident from the picture? Quote
FortNerd Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Nexo might not be 100% up my alley, but, yay @ all those trans orange pieces :D I've been toying with an idea for a Mass Effect related moc and some trans orange might prove useful... Quote
