End of this month? Try two days from now. We probably won't get comprehensive information about the full theme, considering the lack of photography, but we'll probably get plenty of anecdotes and maybe even a full set reveal, if one of the sets is lucky enough to win an award at the show.

It does, I don't know what they mean by two days.

Yeah, I'm not sure where the "2 days" is coming from either. But the Nuremberg Toy Fair starts later next week immediately following the London Toy Fair. Photos are allowed at that Toy Fair, so one way or another, we will have some pics of all summer sets by the end of next week and probably some set descriptions prior to that from LTF.

London is the Toy Fair that traditionally doesn't allow photography. Nuremberg does, but the coverage won't be as extensive as New York. IIRC Toyark typically has good coverage of Nuremberg; we can keep a lookout on them.

I thought London allowed photography, but not of the licensed stuff. Or was that Nuremburg? Too many Toy Fairs to keep track of.

With these no photography rules, we need to send someone like CM4Sci to draw everything.

 Thanks, but if I do that again, I'm gone from here forever!

If I get pictures at some point soon, which I doubt because for some reason my friends haven't obtained what they did before, I will post descriptions here and drawings elsewhere.

I'm hoping I can obtain pictures soon before toy fair, but it seems like that's not going to be the case.

London doesn't allow photography.

Nuremberg allows pictures but don't expect a lot of them.

New York toy fair allows photography for almost all the themes execept the movie sets, but that hasn't stopped people.

Ah, shoot, my bad. I did a google search and it gave me the dates for LAST YEAR'S event... I didn't notice that the year wasn't right. Starting on a Wednesday should've tipped me off...

Oh well, it's still not too long to wait!

I wouldn't be surprised if there were small differences in the figures prints. Maybe like in the app where the armor gets a little darker with each upgrade. To a child, it wouldn't make much difference so parents can spread out the acquisition of the team over the whole year but for collectors it would be a strong incentive to buy more sets.

Specific hair pieces should be the first step though... (with the Ultimates, my amor collector urges are already satisfy for 2016)

humm, the Fortrex is up to 99€ on lego shop Germany, but 30% discount on French amazon 70€...

They just get darker from T2 to T4, the final T5 upgrade looks exactly like the buyable ultimates. So I guess, we will not get the T2 to T4 versions in summer.

Got the fortrex on friday (together with chaos chariot and ultimate beastmaster/lavaria for 130€) and I really like it. The only letdown is this horrible gap in the side. This part could have been designed much better.

Great! Now amazon.DE just has to follow suit. FR charges 6.60€ for delivery to The Netherlands

I am in Poland, same delivery cost. So, I hope german prices will go down... But for the Bounty, France Amazon had a 30% discount for half of November and December, while german prices were significantly higher...

So I am not sure I should wait, maybe better to now use my parents living in France...

(My wife complain my Lego budget is half the GDP of Poland, but the effort (methodical web browsing, field visit in the shops, sleepless nights of optimization...) I put everyday to save a couple of bucks should offer me much more consideration...)

What gap?

What gap?

the ugly separation where the walls will open. The biggest loophole/arrow slit in history. First thing I will correct with hinge brick 1x4. Funny the old classic castle were much better in that regard. A technical issue maybe ? or did they do it for the friction ? or to gain 1 stud in length ?

I also will correct it. Already tested the old cc parts and it works fine. Size of the fortrex doesnt change.

I dont think its a technical issue, but a building one. With the used parts, you can build the fortrex in three parts and put them together. If u use the parts that also were used in cc, you would have to build the whole fortrex in one part.

Good point, thank you !

Are you sure the size doesn't change ? using hinge brick 1x4 and not hinge brick with locking 2 fingers horizontal, together they are 1x5 no ?...
