Which Official Pirate LEGO Sets Do You Have?

Hi,

I'm pretty sure you think there is no people so crazy across the world

My friends don't believe me as soon as they come in my 'Lego room'

In addition of Pirates, I have also Castle and Vikings

Here are there 'for pirates',

I know that one of my box is 'missing' somewhere in the Caste/Vikings sets because I know that I have 2 X 6248 and the 6286 but They where not in 'Pirates boxes'.

I didn't take time to open all plastics bags and build them all, I don't have (actually' enough space and time for that) .

I finally have 16 boats

1*6291

1*6290 (found by my mother 2 years ago, complete, in the box, on the top of a trash bin )

1*6243 (still sealed, time and space...)

1*10210 (couldn't resist to the little voice 'open it, open it...'

You will say 'you don't have the 10040', but it's on the way now

For the 'rest', some sets are there 2, 3, 4 or more (certainly the 6236, 5 times not opened, 1 time assembled, 6244 2+ 2 never opened.....)

I hope you will like to see such a huge 'fan' and you will not be disappointed by the fact that they're disassembled in plastic bags

Simply because I want to 'have them all' . A lot of people will say that a collection is not complete if one set is missing .

If the idea is to have all numbers from some theme- I understand, although for me this is just waste of money, but as I said- this is my point of view. Who could afford it- let's do it..

You should never 'tell' that buying Lego is 'waste of money', my wife can read it and she will use and re-use this argument

I have one question- isn't this way of sorting Lego too dangerous from scratching the elements?

I am thinking myself how to sort my sets the best without brake them down and with best preserve from scratches..

I would like to know the answer of that too. If I was you I would prefer buying sets that I don't have rather that having copies of the same sets?

I have almost all of the Pirates first run except for about 3 bigger sets. You can see my brickshelf. There were a couple of sets I wasn't sure about I've got to check next I'm home to my parents so I can look at the bins in the attic.

My neighbour (who is all grown up with a couple daughters) had a couple of the sets I'm missing (the original fort and Caribbean clipper) I might see if he's around and still has them when I'm home. I think there is one boat I'm missing, but I can't recall right off which one it is (thankfully not the BSB).
