TheOneVeyronian Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Skeletor Badbone by TheOneVeyronian, on Flickr Not much to this really. I had a burning desire to attempt to build a fully poseable and reasonably realistic looking LEGO skeleton after seeing the summer Bionicle sets (being loosely inspired by their overall theme as well as all those "living" skeletons you might see in fantasy or horror settings). This is what resulted. Please note this build isn't intended to be 100% accurate or completely proportional to a human skeleton, it's just meant to resemble one Youre welcome to have a look at the LXF to see other angles in the build and attempt to build it yourself for personal use (though many colour substitutions will have to be made. I think a black version is feasible IRL), however it uses a 3mm rigid flex rod in it's spine to achieve the spinal arc so I'm not sure how stable the build will be. Positive and constructive comments are welcome. Quote
Robin Creations Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 That's pretty awesome! I like the claws Quote
ZORK64 Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 (edited) Very well done! I like the bone-y look of his arms and legs, and the torso is great as well. His skull looks a bit too large, but maybe it's just the angle of the photo. But either way, great work. Edited February 8, 2015 by ZORK64 Quote
