Posted February 5, 201510 yr Here is my Loader of Red for the contest. The only black/yellow parts are the tires, bucket, pins, and axle connectors. It has the following: 4-M motors (drive, steer, lift, dump) 2-recievers 1-AA batt box Steering is done with two small LA's, lift with two big LA's, dump with one big LA. I think It could use some work??? Oh and its RED. http://www.bricksafe.com/pages/weavil/Technic%202015/TC6

February 5, 201510 yr The only black/yellow parts are the tires, bucket, pins, and axle connectors. Lies!! I see at least three black panels as well! I like how you've stacked the receivers to match the profile of the double-bent beams. Well done Owen.
February 5, 201510 yr Nice creation! I don't mean to be insolent but should it have a bigger cab? Consider it a robo-pilot, without the need of a cabin.
February 5, 201510 yr Author Wow it's tiny for the amount of functions it has! I did something a little more compact before http://www.bricksafe.com/pages/weavil I did the old one more of a proof of concept http://www.eurobrick......0581&hl=weavil Lies!! I see at least three black panels as well! I like how you've stacked the receivers to match the profile of the double-bent beams. Well done Owen. Well I didn't have red ones for the side and wasn't thinking to put the red on the back. That was the Idea. Nice creation! I don't mean to be insolent but should it have a bigger cab? Consider it a robo-pilot, without the need of a cabin. Its one of them fancy autonomous loaders they use now. Very cool! The red is most striking. Nothing like brand new parts! dat shine! Someone/people were whining about all the yellow and black construction equipment I decided on red.
February 7, 201510 yr Good, but I think it would look better with wheel arches like the 42030, because it doesn't have that presence of a wheel loader because without the wheel arches it makes the model seem really small.
February 15, 201510 yr Author Here are the wheel arches and replaced the black panels. The bottom. The 42030 bucket.
