Without being particularly spoilery;

My thoughts are that it'll likely be an extension of the airport battle, which means it'll most probably include Spidey and Hawkeye, possibly Vision. I'd like it to include a minifigure for Ant-Man, because his new design is really awesome, but since they released him as Giant-Man, I somehow doubt it.

The reasons why I think it'll be this and not something else may be considered slightly spoilery, if only because people's expectations may think it's something else.

A lot of people have wondered if the fourth set will be the interior of the fortress where Cap, Tony and Bucky's climactic brawl takes place. I highly doubt it will be, because those three characters have already been released in the airport set, so having a small set would be fairly redundant, especially since Cap and Bucky both appeared in the Black Panther Pursuit. Three Caps and three Buckys in one wave seems silly.

I don't think Zemo will be given a minifigure, because as in the released images, he really does look very unremarkable (this is not a bad thing, he's a fantastic villain, despite what early reviews have claimed). However, I'm hoping that Lego might do what they did with the Ant-Man set and toss him into the fourth set in his comics design, as they did with Hank Pym. Hank wasn't present in that scene in the film, but I guess they felt he was an iconic enough character to do that for him. So I'm hopeful that'll be the case with Zemo, who is (spoiler) not present during the airport scene.

I agree 100% with this. It could be something totally unrelated to the film, but this seems most likely..

While I'd personally love that I don't see it happening because it is a solo Spidey film released by Sony. If it were a larger cast like Avengers or Civil War I'd see it happen maybe. Or if this was 100% Marvel like Iron Man 3 i'd also consider it a possibility. But popularity has nothing to do with it. Guardians had 3 sets only because of its cast, it was an unknown before the film. Ant-Man had a much larger following going into it and only had one set because of the character line-up/ set pieces. Creative control. Not merchandising. So I am still expecting only 1 with maybe some comic/ tv show sets but who knows.

Honestly just waiting for Mysterio at this point.

I'm sure we'll get GOTG sets next year for "Volume 2", but could we get sets in other years based on the cartoon series? I'd love to see more space villains... Skrulls and Galactus come to mind, and if they were tie-ins for the cartoon, it would get around Fox and Marvel's uh, undying hatred disagreement, like Dr Doom in Ultimate Spidey, or Ronan in GOTG. Or is this too much to hope for?

I saw the film last night, and yes I think it will be an extension of the airport.

It is the only scene Spiderman is in. I think Hawkeye, Vision, and Iron Man MK 46 will be in the set. A minifig size Ant Man and Baron Zemo are also possible.

So, this is a long ways off, but I'm thinking we could possibly get another Avenjet. Not a Quinjet, but I'm thinking we could get a larger Avenjet for the team in the potential Infinity War subtheme. I was looking at my 76049 today and it just occurred to me...what do you guys think?

I think an avenjet for IW is very possible, as the Avengers are likely to go to space in IW 1 or 2. I also predict these 2 Avengers sets will come out in Winter of 2017.

Antman vs. Kang The Conquer $12.99

The set would include Classic Antman and Kang. The build would be something in Hank Pym's lab.

The Masters Of Evil Brawl $49:99

The set would include Classic Iron Man, Classic Thor, Baron Zemo, Radioactive Man, The Black Knight, and The Melter. The build would be the Masters Of Evil's fortress.

I had no Idea this thread existed!! This is pretty cool!

I personally think that next years sets will include

Winter - comic based sets

Minifigure could include comic version of Zemo, comic version of Black Panther, ect

Spring - IMO I think we will get two Spiderman Homecoming sets and three Guardians 2 sets

I have no clue what to expect with GOTG 2 sets but for Homecoming sets part of the Sony deal with Marvel was that Spidey needs to come in a set with other MCU characters. This doesn't only include Lego (look at newest funko for example). So one set may come with Iron Man and another set or two could come with other Avenger cameos and of course the villain / villains in the movie.

Summer - Who knows, maybe more cartoon / comic Spidey and maybe one Thor set with Him and the Hullk

Just my opinion. I really hope to see something like that happen next year! And maybe an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D set someday......

Baron Zemo is not in any of the Civil War sets, and I think Lego want's to make a set with him in his comic form. The Kang The Conquer set is not as likely, but I would say Lego wants to make a set with him. And I think comic Antman will be in a set because minifig size Antman was not in any of the Civil War sets.
