Governor Mister Phes Posted June 15, 2007 Governor Posted June 15, 2007 Any female pirate lego fans out there! Why do they need to female? Can't males pierce their ears too? Quote
KAHUKA Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 Maybe Has anybody seen any sets on Ebay lately? is the best title for this thread because its clear and direct and everyone will know what its about by reading it. I agree Mister Phes. Quote
Duke Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 Well yes but you'd look weird enough wearing these :p Quote

Governor Mister Phes Posted June 16, 2007 Governor Posted June 16, 2007 Even though this is Island Boy'd thread he rarely visits it enough to have any say over what happens with it, so on that basis I'll rename it to what I recommended above. Quote

The name is pretty rude but the reason he does not visit hie topic is because hes at a summer camp.I also am leaving for a short time so i shall not be on here for a while. Governor Mister Phes Posted June 20, 2007 Governor Posted June 20, 2007 Over ruled! The Imperial Trading Post forum does have a purpose afterall and I think we should start enforcing its use in the near future. Quote
jamtf Posted August 19, 2007 Posted August 19, 2007 (edited) 36d This time not a Brickshelf find but an eBay find: Admiral Ship on eBay He wanted EUR 1.800 (which is over $2400 in USD currency) for it but it failed to sell. It has over 14000 pieces, over 20 sails, 60 cannons and a 70 men crew. Edit Bonaparte: Saved pics in BS and added to post. Edited September 3, 2008 by Phred Quote
snefroe Posted August 19, 2007 Posted August 19, 2007 it's kinda naieve to think that anybody will be paying that amount of money for a moc. if they do, then the moc would probably be used as a parts pack anyway. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted August 19, 2007 Governor Posted August 19, 2007 Those photos aren't great either and for that price prospective buyers (if any) would want to see every facet of the ship in glorious resolution. Quote
Lord Beckett Posted August 19, 2007 Posted August 19, 2007 It would not have been easy to send... :S . He said he could send it worldwide but I can't imagine in what condition it would have arrived in the US for instance... Quote
El Bucanero Posted August 19, 2007 Posted August 19, 2007 Six masts? Strange colour scheme? If I'd buy it it'd certainly not be because of the design of the MOC. Just for the parts But he really should get better detailed pictures if he wants someone to buy it. I wouldn't ever consider buying the provided pictures... But it is a nice find, Mr Jamtf! He said he could send it worldwide but I can't imagine in what condition it would have arrived in the US for instance... That's another good point. He wouldn't be able unassemble it because the buyer wouldn't be able to construct it again unless the builder had created instructions. So therefore he would have to send the ship built and the postage would also be horrendous. But two eBay buyers bid of the ship and there's a winner so someone found value in the ship. Quote
Sir Norman Ray Posted August 19, 2007 Posted August 19, 2007 Holy sweet holy. Its. a monster. It appears wonderful, but it's only skin deep. As you lot say, how in God's name do you send it? Hell, I would only buy it if it came with Shako's, backpacks and redcoats. And even then, thats a very outside chance. Well done to the bloke that built it though. Quote
