Posted February 17, 201510 yr While searching for 'unique' lego contraptions, I found the lathe below. It packs a good mix of realism and functionality. If you've used one of these, you'd appreciate how good a gem this is. February 17, 201510 yr Seen that one before, it is indeed a beautiful design with a lot of nice, life like functions.. Too bad it's not really functional There are some nice CNC mills out there, using NXT/Mindstorms to actually mill out 3D figures from a soft material (the kind you put flowers in), but I'm sure you've seen it
