Paul Boratko Posted April 1, 2015 Author Posted April 1, 2015 No automatic delivery this time? There has never been any automatic delivery.. I just check my email 50 times a day... Just shoot me an email with the paypal invoice and I'll take care of everything... Everyone must understand, I am just hosting the instructions and doing all of this for Natahanel as a friend.. I get absolutely nothing in return... The instruction access has to be manually sent out by the person who recieves the Paypal email and since it is going to his address, I have no way of knowing who purchased anything... Quote

jantjeuh Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) Damn, 15$ is really, really cheap for such a masterpiece. P.S.: Paul, the picture on your frontpage of the Predator links to the Phantasm model instead Edited April 1, 2015 by jantjeuh Quote

P.S.: Paul, the picture on your frontpage of the Predator links to the Phantasm model instead There are actually several pictures of various models that rotate on the main page.. They all go to the same place... Edited April 1, 2015 by Paul Boratko Quote
Kumbbl Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) just paid... now the game can begin... ;-) Paul, thanks to you for hosting instructions of other builders like Jennifer or Nathanael... Without people like you the lego community would not be what it is... Edited April 1, 2015 by Kumbbl Quote

ifilin Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Thank You, Paul. I've received the instruction from Nathanaël. Quote
Jay Psi Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) Having purchased the 42000C instructions last night I didn't exactly have to wait long - the details came pretty early this morning. No complaints here. Also, thanks for the bsx file. Just got to get my hands on a few more pieces and I'll be joining the rest of you! Edit - Jantujeh, I assume with the parts list available this will make its way onto Rebrickable soon, or does Nathaniel have to upload the files himself? Edited April 1, 2015 by Jay Psi Quote
Paul Boratko Posted April 1, 2015 Author Posted April 1, 2015 Yes, I recently got the BSX filed added,, If anyone wants to grab it and start tarcking down the parts, you can get it for free... Quote
jantjeuh Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 It's up on Rebrickable now: http://rebrickable.com/mocs/nathanael/predator-supercar Enjoy! Any self-respecting Technic fan should build this IMO Quote
Kumbbl Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 (edited) i have two questions about a part in the part list: 1. Rebrickable says that 6 x technic Link 1x6 WITHOUT stoppers are needed (32005a). Now my question: is it important that the links have NO stoppers or will links with stoppers work too? Thanks a lot. 2. There are needed the following rims: 56x34 with 6 pin holes (15038). my question: would the 56x34 with 3 pin holes also work (44772, as e.g. part of 8653) Edited April 2, 2015 by Kumbbl Quote
Anio Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 1) Without stoppers is better 2) 3 hole rims are fine. Quote
jantjeuh Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 I don't think the links with stoppers would work well in this case, so yeah, stick to the ones without stoppers. Quote
Kumbbl Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Thanks to you too for clarification. Now the missing 3% parts are ordered. Will be my easter egg ;-) Thought ordering right now would be a smart move... Before some parts will become rare ;-) Quote
jantjeuh Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 The vast majority of parts used is (very) common, this was done on purpose by Nathanaël. Only the wheel covers are rare. Quote
Meatman Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 The vast majority of parts used is (very) common, this was done on purpose by Nathanaël. Only the wheel covers are rare. Yes, for the high cost of those covers, I think I may just buy some custom chromed wheels. Quote
jantjeuh Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 (edited) I've got some chrome rims, I can take a picture of the car using them if you like. Edited April 2, 2015 by jantjeuh Quote
ifilin Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Car with chrome rims looks sehr gut. I should get them. Quote
Kumbbl Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Car with chrome rims looks sehr gut. I should get them. I disagree. White and chrome does not harmonize - IMHO the original rim design looks way better... Just my 2ct Quote
