February 27, 201510 yr How are you steering with only 1 motor? I think you can build a substractor with pieces from 42030 - there are 2 diffs and of course 2 other motors apart from the XL.

March 2, 20159 yr Author Yesterday ... Main (ground) switch Biggest problem here On skid steering those cant keep load (marked with red) and jumps over. I could add nome more gear (blue), but then I need 13 studs long axis . I have only 12 long. There is also nopossibility to join two together. Then I have to shorten or make longer weelbase. Yet ... I just found possible solution for gears. I will stick together two http://brickset.com/parts/4107543 (i think, that i had still two) and use in place of that yellow connector http://brickset.com/parts/4519010 In this case i also have two remake that slider for switching from driving to turning.
March 2, 20159 yr near the 8t gear I see An 1M stop, on the same side,But on The 24t gear, there is a White liftarm, how Long is it? if You remove The 1M stop and put The 3x5 L here (fixing The 24t And 8t axles with the 3M side) it should work (sorry for My bad english if you don't find a solution this afternoon I Can make a photo)

March 2, 20159 yr Author OK, thank You. Maybe this could also help to improve connection between gears. But i will try to put more paralel gears, also close to motor. Motor now will be the weakest link ... :( But i don't have two XL motors.
March 3, 20159 yr Author Yesterday i tryed PKW suggestion. It is better, but still not enough. Switching mechanism removed Almost done Now I'll try to add more paralell gears. At the motor i'll have to move that yellow 13 pin bar by one stud (first picture in this post), so it will be more complex. Added some rubber (loom) bands for better control. It was not returning completely. On the other position this is done by shock absorbers spring.
