Kumbbl Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 (edited) I'm quite sure that nobody knows this Website: http://pixelts.de.tl/ A German guy, a real LDraw wizard, has made full stepped PDF instructions for - an incredible Lamborghini Aventuador (designed by stefan_betula_pendula) - the well known DTM Audi from Lipko - the outstanding Citroën 2CV from Nico 71 AFAIK these BI doesn't exist before this guy has made them... They are downloadable for Free from his website! Kudos to him because he made these 3 outstanding Car MOCs buildable for everyone... Alasdair Ryan Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 The link to his website is broken (page deactivated). I have posted a link to rebrickable if anyone wants instructions for the Lambo. Quote
DrJB Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I discovered his brickshelf account few days ago and started making an LDD. But nw very pleased by his LDraw model instead. Plus, those rare spindles (8070/8466) are NOT available in LDD. IN any event, makes you want to slavage parts from the Murcielago ... unless one goes for a black&white Aventador. Quote

Full BI for a pirelli Black and white aventuador are coming soon on the linked website - now corrected link in my first posting Quote

D3K Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 stumbled upon this site last week, was impressed with the work! Wasn't sure whether it was his own MOCs, or indeed the ones I was already familiar with:-) Quote
kamsohal Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 the other lamborghini model has been released.thank you.vant wait to make this. Quote
nico71 Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 I discover this topic now, but many thank yo him ! He also made the building instructions for my Yes / No sculpture :) Quote
Blakbird Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 His instructions looks really good, but I am surprised to hear from this topic that he may be making instructions without the knowledge/assistance of the original designer. This is especially hard to do. I hope the designers are all pleased about it and not upset about being out of the loop. I had not seen the Aventador model before and quite like it. It may end up on my shelf. The lambo instructions have a scanned page from real LEGO instructions in them which is a copyright no-no. I hope they don't complain about it. Quote
Stephan Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Very nice! But the link to the instructions for the 2CV Body is broken. Quote

He made the instructions for the Audi without my assistance but he asked for my permission to publish it. I was stupid that I forgot about this thing a bit, January with the TC6 and other stuff was very busy for me, even though I was excited that someone liket my model enough to take the time to make instructions. I checked the instructions, I did see some very minor changes but they are all okay: he used some of the new 2L pin+1L axle parts of which I only had two pieces at the time. Meatman Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Just scanning through the instructions, I got flashbacks from building the vampire gt. Quote
Rishab N Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 Just scanning through the instructions, I got flashbacks from building the vampire gt. Agreed The Aventador uses some similar designs such as the axles Quote
DrJB Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 (edited) It seems the original link is broken again :( Do we know if an LDR/DAT file is available? Edited March 14, 2015 by DrJB Quote
Kumbbl Posted March 14, 2015 Author Posted March 14, 2015 It seems the original link is broken again :( The website owner has just reorganized his site - i have corrected the link in the first posting - now it works again... Quote
DrJB Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 I did an LXF file from the instructions (check other thread). Of course LDD's no collision constraints were at times problematic as they won't allow even small collisions but nonetheless. Quote
Therion Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 Just finished it last weekend. I think yellow rims look a little better Quote
Jim Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 Just finished it last weekend. I think yellow rims look a little better They sure do! The yellow rims look fantastic. The entire car does btw. Quote
Lipko Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 Hmm, when did the title change to Lipkos Lamborghini Aventador? Unfortunately, I'm not the designer of that awesome model. Quote

stefan_betula_pendula Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 (edited) Just finished it last weekend. I think yellow rims look a little better It looks nice with the yellow rims. I know it's a bit tricky but try to make the lines of the roof a bit more curved. I highly recommend using pneumatic hoses made of polyurethane with diameter 4x2,5mm. Don't use pneumatic hoses which are as soft as the original lego ones, btw polyethylene is too stiff. Furthermore the hose over the rear wheel has to be put 2 studs inside the technic panel.
