That is, if you are just asking about the breastplate only. The figure itself is an amalgamation of many different parts from various sets.

i am agree with amechanicalmind, it's just a mix of minifigures and accessories of Harry Potter and the knight's kingdom.

People sell their own figure creations, I don't think they're ripping people off. Whether you think the price is worth it is up to you.

I've searched the line already, but none of them come in that torso with red arms. Are the red arms in photos customized with other arms?

Oh I'm sorry I misunderstood! Yes the arms have been switched, to my knowledge it was only available with light bley arms.
