If you don't know how to use spoiler tags, you probably shouldn't say anything about the movie. We get it; you don't like the movie or Feig or female ghostbusters or whatever. I don't care about this movie and I have my own issues with it, but there's no reason to post things about it or insist I do something with my money in a video game thread. This thread has LITERALLY NOTHING to do with the plot of the film or any cameos or turns or endings or character descriptions. If you want to flame a movie you've already seen before it's even out, go start a blog that I won't check til after I've seen the movie, should I decide to see it. You know why no one in the Lego Star Wars Wishlist thread posted something like "really sad to see one of my favorite characters from the original films not make it :( " on opening weekend? Cause dick move. That's why. There are some people here who are actually excited to see this for some reason. I know if I was, I would be furious with you right now.

I'm pretty sure no one is excited for this movie except those manhating feminists. But dude everyone on Eurobricks pretty much dislikes this movie. But also in one of the trailers they them shooting at his private area no joke i think its one of the tv spots so really its not a spoiler since they show it in the marketing. if you're a huge ghostbusters fan i will not tell you any spoilers. but i will say the movie is a big F**k you to the fans no joke. its really that bad. I have seen the film its really not worth you're money but if you want to go see it that's fine but if you don't want to hear or see male bashing or racist stuff or insults to the Original films then i wouldn't waste you're money on this stupid piece of trash flick! this movie will flop. don't listen to Rotten tomatoes they said the same thing about Indiana Jones 4 and that movie was terrible.

The movie might very well flop, but so have some of my favorite movies.

What Rotten Tomatoes "says" about a given movie isn't just what they themselves say; they're an aggregator. They look at all the reviews they can find by various online critics, to whom they link, and assess their reviews (not only whether they're positive or negative, but also how positive or negative they are). Thus, for example, when they say a given movie has a Tomatometer rating of 70%, that means 70% of critics gave it a positive rating, while 30% didn't, not that somebody at RT gave it a 70% score.

I personally enjoy Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I acknowledge it's flawed, and it's the worst of the four Indy feature films as well as my least favorite, but I do find a number of redeeming features in it.

I don't always agree with reviews, but I do find it fair to use them as a general guideline when assessing whether or not to bother with a movie, depending upon the level of interest I have in it to begin with. Sometimes I'm disappointed - for example, the 2009 Star Trek got great reviews, and I'm a huge fan of Star Trek in general, but I hate, loathe, despise, abhor, detest and deplore that movie as my least favorite Trek production ever - not just out of the twelve movies released so far, but also out of all 700+ episodes of the six different TV series.

On the other hand, there are plenty of times I agree with critics, and when I haven't seen a movie and they have, it makes sense to use them as a guideline. Right now, it's early, and reviews are just starting to come in, so things could change, but so far the reviews for Ghostbusters are about three-quarters positive.

(Also, BTW, feminism isn't about hating men. It just means wanting equality between women and men.)

What critics? No critic is going to write positively about the movie because they're afraid people will think they're anti-feminist if they don't; they know that disliking a movie (even an overtly feminist movie) for being poor entertainment is not the same thing as disapproving of its message, and they expect their readers to be smart enough to make the same distinction.

Good to know! But believe me, I am fully aware there are people who are genuinely dreading this movie because they just really do think it looks terrible, not because it has female leads. There are also plenty of people who do hate it because of female leads. The existence of one group doesn't preclude the existence of the other. I'm also aware there are plenty of people in one group who don't have anything to do with people in the other, or want anything to do with them. But just because you hate the movie for reasons other than it having women doesn't mean everybody who hates it does so for the same reasons as you do, especially since most other people haven't seen it yet (it's not open yet). And there really are lots of misogynists who hate the movie purely for having female leads.

Yes, but most of the fan responses - no, not yours, I know, but most - are from people who haven't even seen it yet. This movie has been getting a maelstrom of hate since before they even began shooting it.

I'm sure that's an honest review, but here's the thing - two people can both be completely honest about a movie, even if they don't agree! Mind-blowing, I know, but there it is. If critics disagree about a movie, it doesn't mean one of them is lying; it just means they have different opinions of it. Different people see things differently.

its been confirmed that ET is a fun pack and so is Lego City Undercover. which is sad because i want a level pack since it was a Wii U exclusive . I don't know if Knight Rider, Powerpuff Girls or Beetle Juice get level packs but i could see a level pack for Powerpuff Girls since its Cartoon Network just like Adventure Time and Teen Titans Go. but as for Knight Rider I could see it just like the A-Team which means its most likely getting a fun pack with Michael Knight and Kitt the car. Beetle Juice i could see happening as a fun pack as well.

well after this i have to stay back on topic but what i am talking about is the fact that most of the reviews are saying the haters are dumb and wrong like sorry ghostbros one of the reviews. which is totally unprofessional and stupid. they are just throwing fuel on the fire. its really stupid of them to go hey the haters are wrong when clearly they are doing it just so the haters can say comments and then use those comments to make it look like they are sexist when they are not. even thought some of the people are sexist. but again i have to stay back on topic now because he said we had to.

well i do have a dimensions question for you! since the new ghostbusters movie will flop what will TT games do about the story pack and content in the game? will they cancel it or will they just wait see if it sells which it probably won't but still if it fails in sells will they cancel it? They won't cancel it. Both toys and digital content are propably ready (since story pack comes in less than 2 months). Even if the movie flops sets will propably sell since they come with more levels, new keystone and (most likely) some exclusive abilities for a game people already love.

oh ok well i will still by the story pack even though i completely hate the movie and I hope its get buried in the desert like what Atari did with the ET video game. but i will still buy the pack simply because of the keystone. but also i don't think these fake Ghostbusters will have any new exclusive abilities since they have similar gear to what the original, true and only Ghostbusters had.

Abby's electric glove is new and so far exclusive ability. It doesn't funtction like electricity we have so far - it takes charge from one panel and transfers it to another one.

The cyborg fun pack will be useful for teen titans levels and adventure worlds because when you bring him into those aspects of the game, he will look like the teen titans version of himself not the comic book look and this was confirmed by one of the developers at E3

I know and its awesome. i wonder if he is a key to the Teen Titans GO adventure world and how are you going to expand the Vorton hub are they going to add anothe room to get to the year 2 properties?

I know Joker can charge electric panels. Thing is panels shown in e3 demo are diffrent than the ones we have in game so far. Have you even checked the links I posted?
