January 6, 201114 yr Well there you go then its no wonder you thought it was "Toydaria" and as well as Wookiepedia Check the Episode guide on StarWars.com It Clearly Says Rugosa. Secondly I do not use my Emoticons to look like a "Smug Jerk" as you would say I do it to express what I feel Only! Do I make Myself CLEAR? I had no intentions of insulting you, I was merely stating that a wink, after a correction often comes across as smug. I don't read the online summaries, or surf wookipedia. If someone gets something wrong isn't saying 'so there' rather rude? If you look back I believe I was defending a newer member, with some set ideas that you rudely shot down. January 6, 201114 yr A roll on saying Ideas that are never going to be made at this stage Let's all try and sound like AFOLs here... I think something we all need to wrap our heads around is that TLC can't release 3 minifigs in a cheap set. Just won't work. I;m going to go out on a limb here and say that the only OT sets we'll be getting will be re-releases because of the new 3d films. With the quality of minifigures these days, I would agree with the first statement. However, I don't think we would be getting only re-releases of the Original Trilogy for the same reason. With the demand for minifigures, who knows, it's possible that LEGO may get some leeway from Hasbro and start producing minifigure-oriented rather than starship-oriented sets. With that, we have more possibilities for sets. (A good thing, too - compared to, say, Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars and Empire don't have a whole lot of starships in them, with the exception of perhaps the final scene in Empire.) maybe no vehicle but scenery? Exactly. Though I'm not sure if Hasbro would accept LEGO just selling minifigures and scenery. Perhaps a SMALL and CANON vehicle or object(speeder/swoop, droid, moisture vaporator) would be more likely? As for a UCS A-wing and B-wing, here's my two cents: based on another member's argument that LEGO can make UCS sets of vehicles with relatively little screen time because they are directed towards more dedicated fans, I think that both of those would be very possible. (After all, the A-wing did play an important role during the Battle of Endor.) Still, the A-wing and B-wing don't have much in the way of greebling (not unlike the recent 10212 Lambda-class shuttle) so I don't know if it would be too popular. And they are somewhat "smoother" than the X-wing and Y-wing (the same reason that Mon Calamari Star Cruisers will never make good UCS sets). If LEGO could only re-design 7191 and 10134...
January 7, 201114 yr Some more ideas up! Kamino Cloning Facility Minifigs: Lama Su, Obi-Wan Kenobi (ep2) and 3 clonetroopers. Comes with: A small, white room with a window and some details, perhaps the 2 chairs. The room is placed on top of some larger pieces, with some parts of the cloning facility behind the window. Perhaps some kind of a walkway above the place with some windows aswell, with several cloning tubes, components of the cloning centers etc., plus a place for the clonetroopers. Piece count: About 300. Price: $35 Geonosis Arena Minifigs: Anakin Skywalker (ep2), Obi-Wan Kenobi (ep2), Padme (ep2), Jango Fett, Count Dooku, 1 geonosian worker and 3 battle droids. (Total: 9, with 6 true minifigs) Comes with: 3 poles, a loose part of the balcony, the Nexu and a Reek, (The Acklay seems a bit too large to be made into one set, along with 3 other new molds), the transport to bring Anakin and Padme to the poles for their execution (would be described as a simple transport, since I think "...send Anakin and Padme to the poles for their death sentence, using the transport. Begin your execution there!..." would be inappropiate for the younger children..) and a small hallway or something extra on the end. Piece count: About 450. Price: $65 Mos Eisley Cantina Redesign with new components Minifigs: Han Solo (ep4), Luke Skywalker (ep4), Obi-Wan Kenobi (ep4), sandtrooper (orange pauldron), Figrin D'an (Bith band), Bith musician, Greedo and Wuher. (Total: 8) Comes with: Cantina entrance, cantina walls with tables and chairs, the bar and a new Dewback. (Presumably the old mold with some additions and changes, in a new printed version.) Piece count: About 600 Price: $75 Endor Rebel Trooper Battlepack Perhaps a solution for 2012 Minifigs: 2 rebel commandos, 1 generic ewok and Paploo. (Maybe without the feathers, to make it a generic ewok) Comes with: Ewok glider and a log trap. Piece count: About 60 Price: $12 Imperial Trooper Battlepack Perhaps a solution for 2012 Minifigs: 1 scout trooper, 2 stormtroopers and an AT-ST pilot. Comes with: New and improved speederbike, and a small missile firing walker. Piece count: About 70 Price: $12 ~ General Magma You're ideas sound more out of it than mine! If you do comment badly on this, thank you, you've shown your true talent of being a jerk to a fellow member Yeah, that sounds probable. That's only CW padme for a new fig. I imagine if TLG did this they would include the neimodian shuttles as well, possibly a droideka. I don't think it unlikely for jar-jar to be thrown in there as well.

I don't think it unlikely for jar-jar to be thrown in there as well. I could imagine a smaller set with just the prison tower and the kwazel-maw (boogey monster) and for figs Padme, Jar Jar and maybe a droideka with some plain B1 droids. Then this set could be put along side the separatist shuttle and make the whole scene. Oh, and maybe include commander Gree!

I was hoping we'd get him in the frigate(we still could), anythings possible!
January 7, 201114 yr I didn't think my ideas to be so unlikely (except some prices and other things, perhaps, not sure), and if they are, what's so irrealistic about them? (I agree about some others, though..) Perhaps you could tell what factors could be improved on those - ideas were executed by TLC before, so if there are some realistic and good ideas, they might come across and consider those. Doesn't just happen 1-2-3 like that, though.. I wasn't referring to you. EMOTICONS RULE! EMOTICON YAY! You'd better watch it... Okay, I'm going to stop posting in this thread until it quiets down. Too hard to follow. Edited January 7, 201114 yr by Brickdoctor
January 7, 201114 yr I wasn't referring to you. Ah, OK, sorry. New idea: The Traitor: Minifigs: Padme, Onaconda, Gunray, B1 x2. Extras: Boogey monster and prison tower. Cost:$70.00. Realistic price and realistic figs! If you do comment badly on this, thank you, you've shown your true talent of being a jerk to a fellow member Quoting Keeli, that actually seems possible - but an entire new mold for a rarely known creature like the "boogie monster", AKA the Kwazel Maw would be very unlikely. And else it'd have to be a gigantic thing there, since it was 88 meters long in the episode (according to WP). But it does seem possible without it. Although it would be bad if it was very different from the first (and only) one, but a new sandcrawler could do, aswell. I may have to only get it for the figures, or if the design is good - a definite buy if it looks alot like the older one, which I own, so they'd fit in well together. The previous one had only a few true figures, and I can't see TLC releasing more of those here, and it may be smaller - just like a few other set re-designs. But then again, it could be better too, and the upper front part could be stretched out a bit more - although the first version was very nice already. UCS would be great, but I dunno if I can see that happening, ever. But anyways, here's an idea for a system-scaled set: Sandcrawler and Luke's Homestead Minifigs: 2 Jawas, C-3PO, R2-D2, R5-D4, Owen Lars (redesign), Luke Skywalker (ep4), treadwell droid, Gonk droid and an ASP droid. (Total: 10, with 5 true minifigs and 5 brickbuilt droids, incl. the astromech droids) Comes with: A new Jawa sandcrawler, with some design improvements, a bit of a larger design (just a bit), with play features inside, a removable Jawa workshop and a portion of Luke's homestead. Piece count: About 1800 Price: $200+- ~ General magma Edited January 7, 201114 yr by General Magma
January 7, 201114 yr Woke up this morning thinking about this idea: Tranquility Detention Center: Minifigs: Luminara, Ahsoka, Ventress, Gunray, Arguyus. Includes: Prison center on board the Tranquility. Cost:$80.00.
January 7, 201114 yr It freaks me out that the CW TV series is not switching to Phase II yet. It feels like an eternity that we have Phase I troopers now. I need new and varied Phase II!

January 9, 201114 yr Many of us do enjoy TCW. Right, but shouldn't we pick scenes that have even a small chance of being made though?

January 9, 201114 yr I agree. Dave Filoni did say by The end of This Season or Start Of Next that Everyone (Including Clones) will get a new look so you know what that means Excellent. Do you (and others) think that they use sw272 or will they make a new, more animated design? Any ideas?
January 9, 201114 yr Excellent. Do you (and others) think that they use sw272 or will they make a new, more animated design? Any ideas? They will most likely make a new helmet that will work with the already existing clone armour, so the helmet probably won't cover the top of the chest print like in the past. I think the helmet will be able to be turned around the head 360 degrees without interference and be capable to equip the visors and stuff. Hmmmm.... that sounds awesome!
January 10, 201114 yr Another possible: Chasing Dooku: Minifigs: Anakin, Obiwan, Dooku, Pilot droid. Vehicles: Solar sailor, Sep. Shuttle. Cost:$90.00. This would be both old sets together, but the shuttle would have a larger cockpit.

Your compiled wish-list, is essentially every scene from TCW, with the correct figs and vehicles, correct? So we could just leave it at that. Edited January 11, 201114 yr by brickartist

January 12, 201114 yr This is a place for wishes remember! A place to share a reasonable amount, of thought out, plausible ideas. It's becoming just every episode of TCW as a set. Pretty much, this thread has mentioned every, vehicle, scene, and location from TCW. There's no point in saying, if we repackaged this, we'd get this! Why would TLG repackage produced sets, together, in one set?
