purpleparadox Posted July 25, 2012 Posted July 25, 2012 No, it's from The Padawan Menace. Snap! I should've known that. I own The Padawan Menace on DVD. Quote
Fighter of Frizzies Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 I know a lot of people are looking for a room to put under the Jabba's Palace tower. A droid torture room would probably be the best bet if any, but if they did one, it would probably be some sort of generic dungeon, right? I can't imagine Lego would ever do a set with "torturing" play features. If they ever did this, I could see it being a cheap set to include a Jawa and/or Gamorrean for army-building, no? Quote
Darthluke824 Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 I would love Padme's ship from TCW (S1 Destroy Malevolence) like this: Around £40/$50 and figs: Padme C-3PO Obi-Wan 2 Battle Droids (P.S Does anyone have anymore pics of this?/Who made it? I have had this on my Laptop for ages now!) Quote
commander1 Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 (edited) I would love Padme's ship from TCW (S1 Destroy Malevolence) like this: [snip] Around £40/$50 and figs: Padme C-3PO Obi-Wan 2 Battle Droids (P.S Does anyone have anymore pics of this?/Who made it? I have had this on my Laptop for ages now!) Yes I have found the inside interior heres the link- Theres some more ships on this page as well. They need to make these ships and release them like the Pelta Class Frigate and the stealth ship. Edited July 30, 2012 by Brickdoctor Please don't quote images from recent posts. Quote

lifeinplastic Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 I'd like to see a more complete Mos Eisley cantina with a good variety of the alien characters, including the band. Quote
nrg Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 I hope in the future we will get more creatures, like Bantha, Dewback, Geo arena monsters, Kaadu and Varactyl Quote
DCLegoboy75 Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 A decent Rancor Pit would be a fab way of marking 30 years since ROTJ . Come on Lego! Quote

GuntherThePenguin Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 Here's hoping for some awesome AotC sets and a new non-CW Yoda!! Quote
Super Brick Collector Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 What do you guys think if this would be a good idea. Example--> So say next year ep1 came out and every set released was just based on that film. And the following year it would be sets based on ep2 and so on. So every year for 6 years it would be pretty sweet. And bonus sets would be TCW for their pleasure as well. So tell me what ya think of this idea if TLG did something like this. Quote
SheepEater Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Not really into that idea, because many older SW fans (myself included) only care about the original trilogy and couldn't care less about anything related to the prequels. So Lego can't afford a year without an OT set since that would mean lower sales. Quote
Super Brick Collector Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 True, but it would be nice to have 3 years of just straight OT sets. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 This is discussion of sets you would like to see, so it belongs in Future Star Wars Sets. Merging... Quote
wesker Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 I'd love a Geonosian Arena playset designed similar to this: Quote
Vindicare Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Here's hoping for some awesome AotC sets and a new non-CW Yoda!! I am completely on board with this sentiment! Quote
DarkFader Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 And let's not forget to hope for a new, non-CW Dooku (now that would be a minifig to hope for). Quote
commander1 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 That would be interesting, but that would cost A LOT of money, come on! [its lego] The only problem I have with the play set that it has the wrong doors..... Quote
nrg Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I think the 'big brown vehicle - holding many droids' can be the Trade Federation Landing Craft from EP1. Thoughts? Quote
commander1 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Honestly, I think it would be a MTT or a San-crawler, because they both hold lots of droids. A landing craft would be awesome, but I dont see Lego going after something of that size. Think about it, if Lego did make one, it would hold at least like 8 droids and nothing else. Also the landing crafts arent dark brown, they have a light color. Quote
Bobsy Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Sets with Jawas and/or Sand People would be very welcome - neither have been seen very often, and deserve another go. Even if it were just a Tatooine battle pack with 2 of each... (actually that'd be ideal). Quote
Admiral-Ackbar Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 (edited) Here's hoping for some awesome AotC sets and a new non-CW Yoda!! I would definitely a set with a new non-CW Yoda! No doubt there. I can't wait to see pictures. Either can I, but I feel we may need to wait a while for them. I'm definitely looking forward to the set names; they will surely provide some good speculation. Im looking to see a new Cloud City or a Geonosis Battle Arena in those names, and a Rebel Scout Trooper BP. And let's not forget to hope for a new, non-CW Dooku (now that would be a minifig to hope for). Edited August 6, 2012 by grahamm5001 Quote
Bilbo Baggins Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I'm looking forward to a massive set based on the Geonosis arena with the 3 creatures to be announced on tuesday, fingers crossed Quote
DarthPotato Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 (edited) I'm looking forward to a massive set based on the Geonosis arena with the 3 creatures to be announced on tuesday, fingers crossed I'm hoping for stuff like that too. But do you think the chances of getting any arena creatures this wave will be that high? I mean, we are already getting a rancor, so I can't really pictures TLG making multiple creatures in one wave. But if they aren't in the winter wave then there's an even better chance of getting a big arena set in the summer. Edited August 7, 2012 by DarthPotato Quote
SheepEater Posted August 7, 2012 Posted August 7, 2012 I want a set that recreates Chewbacca's Kashyyyk Tree house family from the Star Wars Holiday special. With Malla (Chewie's wife), Lumpy (his son), Itchy (his old dad), and Art Carney minifigs. Quote
