Fives, while I agree with most of your suggestions, I think that the Tusken Camp Attack is no good for LEGO, since it addresses the theme of massacre. Having Shmi in it just makes it worse.

And I would buy the Crab Droid set. I want more sets that have non-CW clones but not Anakin or Obi-Wan.

I understand that the Tusken Camp would represent such a horrific event from the films, but they did make the set in 2002. And while LEGO refrains from depicting such events, they have made LEGO versions of Anakin burned alive, or (although not explicitly) the Nazis from Indiana Jones. While they never explicitly Nazi, that's who they were. So I wouldn't completely write it off. I really just think a Shmi figure is needed, and I don't see any TPM sets that could be made to fulfil this.

Another option is an update of Mawhonic's podracer from Watto's Junkyard, now that we finally have a Gran headmold thanks to the new Sail Barge. The minifigures could include:

I agree, although this set isn't as wanted as much as a Geonosian Arena or Cloud City, I would love to see a SPHA-T, here's how I picture it to be...

^ It's highly unlikely that we'll be getting any new Hoth stuff, let alone an Echo Base set (which is still available at TRU), for a while. And I prefer it that way, actually. Hoth has been beaten to death the past few years.

I would buy a SPHA-T, a Sandcrawler or a Crab Droid.

And the Tusken Raider Encounter released in 2002 didn't have the actual massacre scene, it was just Anakin, two Tuskens and a speeder bike. I think there should be a set like, as others have recommended, Mawhonic's Podracer or Anakin's Home. Shmi, updated Qui-Gon, 'naked' 3PO and young Ani.

We can more or less forget about seeing any more Episode II sets any time soon - if ever again. The upcoming wave is so AOTC-skewed because the original plan was to have the film re-released in 3D this year. That's no longer happening, so there's no cause to be promoting it any more. Having so many AOTC sets in one wave means that the next year's-worth of sets will lean away from the film to compensate, and then after that there's Episode VII which will dominate the line for at least a year, maybe more.

So in the time we have left until VII-ageddon, I think we can expect the OT to come to the fore again, since those films have been moved up for 3D re-releases. A small Luke/Sand People set from ANH would be really welcome though, especially since it's never been done before. I guess the sticking point over the years has been whether to brick-build the bantha or just mould one.

Lego has made all of the ROTS Anakins so if you want to pick one up you can just buy it on ebay or purchase one of the sets he comes in.

I just watched the 18th episode from season 05 of the CW and Commander Fox's new armor is so awesome, I'd like to see him in a set in the future someday.

Like a shock trooper but the red and white is switched.

I dont want to start a rumour but I think we are likely to see an Adi Gallia Starfighter since now we have her hairpiece and she is likely to be made. Despite the 3-D renderings of Episode II and III being canceled I believe we will still see Revenge of the Sith sets next summer. My guess is that we will get a new CTT and movie version of the Venator for the larger sets. The smaller sets would be an AT-AP, Droid Tri-Fighter, V-Wing fighter, and something Wookie related. Maybe a tree base with Yoda and Gree for decapitation purposes.

What I am dying to see made in Lego form is the TIE/Republic Gunship hybrid that I saw on the Clone Wars season finale trailer. I have yet to see more than 3 three seconds of the ship and already it's a must have in my mind. It could come with Commander Fox, a Shock trooper, Ahsoka, and a Plo Koon with an updated torso.

I think next year will definetly be a CW and OT based year since 2015 will be the release of Episode 7 sets most likely. So I think in the winter wave we can expect to see some a domination of Epiosde 3 based sets, but for the summer wave, A mixture of OT and CW sets large and small. I'm personally really excited to see what comes of the end of the CW series and what lego sets will they be based off and hopefully we'll see two big sets next year, one being Cloud City probally as the main summer wave set and a Toys R Us exclusive Mos Eisley Cantina. I probally come up with my preditions for 2014 soon, but here are my general ideas for the big summer wave sets...

-Cloud City(Similar to Jabba's Palace)

-Clone Wars Set(A large ship or vechicle that limits minifigures)

-Mos Eisley Cantina(Similar to Hoth Echo Base)

-Jawa Sandcrawler( Large Lego exclusive set)

-Clone Wars Set( Lego Exclusive set similar to the Tantive IV released in 2009)

It feels to me that the Sandcrawler was such an insignificant vehicle, it wouldn't be re-made, unless it was made just to sell 'NEW' Jawas, which could be better included in a Lars Homestead set.

Will the Clone Wars series introduce Eta-2's? If so, I think that we'll be given heaps of Eta-2 Interceptors, just like when they did Delta 7B's every year from '08 to last year. This year could be the only year for a while that we don't get a Delta (unless they make one as a Summer exclusive).

Yes, I would much rather have a Lars Homestead vs. another Sandcrawler, which would probably be a slow seller, even with an update.

i know that it does exist...as a single table, a doorway,and a bar, but i want a full version. I would pay anything to have that! We could get a greedo, they could pack in a han, luke, and obi wan.plenty of other aliens and weird creatures. It would sell fast, and big if they made it one of those big exclusives like gringotts...though I don't think it would be that big, that's just what i mean in terms of figures, exclusiveness, and (hopefully) quality. You didn't even bother to read this, did you?

For one of next winter's battle packs, a remake of the Clone Trooper Battle Pack from 2007 would be great. Updated Shock Trooper, two updated plain Phase II Troopers, and rather than the 327th Trooper, a new Phase II Arf Trooper, Clone Pilot, 212th, or 501st Trooper. Throw in a little vehicle and a turret, as well.
