NBP3 Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 I think R2D2 type droids should be double sided print. The back is so plane. I would be really happy to see them get double side printing on there bodies. Actually I feel the same way, I feel like an overhaul of the droid anatomy in general is in order. Something where the hands or arms had more flexibility. Quote

HawkLord Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Most commonly, Mace leads the 187th Legion, which are the clone troopers with purple markings. He's also been connected with other groups during the clone wars, but the 187th is the mot recognizable. Quote

bjorn77 Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 What microfighters are you hoping for in the next wave? Here's my wishlist: 1. AT-AT 2. AT-ST 3. Snowspeeder 4. Slave 1 5. Imperial landing craft Quote
Only Sinner Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Micro Bongo with Jar-Jar Binks? Seriously, though We should revisit Naboo but just ignore the Gunans. How about: Micro N-1 Starfighter w/Naboo pilot Micro Flash Speeder w/Naboo Security Volunteer Micro J-Type Nubian starship w/Queen Amidala I would imagine they'd want to reuse that mould at least once more. arc Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 We have got a lot of hoth sets over the years, and I was thinking, "is there anything missing?" Then it hit me... Hoth shied generator: the set would consist of the shield generator (duh) and dish turret. minifigs could include 2 snowtroopers and 2 rebels. Quote
wesker Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 No/ we need the gungans Don't mind more gungans but the Naboo security forces are more important. There's only been one figure and that was 14 years ago. Quote
Steel Tiger Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 One of the many things left in the dust by other sets from Naboo was the blockade itself. I think lego needs to release one of the Trade federation battleships.(I think the specific name is a lucrehulk-class battleship.) That would also give us a chance to get a Rune Haako figure. I also agree that we should get some more of the Naboo security troopers before the gungans appear again. (Especially Jar-Jar) Quote
iamwhoiam Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 I missed out on the old AAT and I want a new one! I also would like a new Droid Battle Pack just like the 2007 Pack as well as an Episode 3 Clone battle pack with the ordinary clones you get in the 75028 microfighters set. Quote

wesker Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 (edited) We definitely need more Naboo themed sets. The ones I'd like to see: Flash Speeder Includes 2 Naboo Security Guards and 2 Naboo Royal Guards Gian Speeder Includes Battle Sabe, Sio Bibble and Naboo Soldier Trade Federation AAT Includes Battle Padme with cloth kama, Captain Panaka, 2 Battle Droids and Commander Battle Droid Trade Federation Landing Craft Includes Qui-Gon with printed robe, Boss Nass, Captain Tarpals, Kaadu, Pilot Battle Droid and regular Battle Droid on STAP Trade Federation Battleship Includes Obi-Wan with printed robe, Nute Gunray, Rune Haako, Tey How, Security Battle Droid, Pilot Battle Droid and the Holographic Darth Sidious microfigure from the SD Royal Starship Includes Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan without robes, Queen Amidala decoy, Handmaiden Padme, Ric Olie, R2-D2, R2-B1 and Jar Jar. Darth Mallet Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Would love them to release an updated version of the Twin Pod car from the Cloud City. Quote
Steel Tiger Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 I agree. We haven't seen any bespin sets in quite a while. I think that LEGO should release another Cloud City with Lando, 2 ugnaught engineers, 2 be spin security guards, Dath Vader, Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia, and 3 stormtroopers. It should include a landing dock with a twin cloud car, a carbonate chamber, a dinner hall, and the iconic platform where Luke learns that Darth Vader is his father. That would be a huge must-buy for most people. (And more importantly, me!) Quote
wesker Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Hopefully we'll see some Bespin themed sets next year. I know I've said this before but the Cloud Car should really be a separate release from Cloud City. I think combining them into one runs the risk of losing a lot of detail for both sets, not to mention limits the number of characters we can get. Having Slave I in the same wave would really help spread the characters out even more: Cloud Car Princess Leia (Bespin Escape) Chewbacca Cloud Car Pilot Stormtrooper Cloud City Luke Han (Bespin) Leia (Bespin Gown) Darth Vader Lando Lobot Bespin Guard Ugnaught Slave I Boba Fett Han (white shirt) Zuckuss 4-LOM Carbonite Block Pretty much everyone would be covered this way. Darth Mallet Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Agree a new Cloud City set would be awesome, but to have that amount of minifigs then it would need to be in the same size bracket as The Death Star and Ewok Village. Wesker, not sure why you think a Twin Cloud Car should have a Chewie and Leia though Quote

Wesker, not sure why you think a Twin Cloud Car should have a Chewie and Leia though I guess this strongly depends on the piece count. A set composed of the same minifigs, a similar build and piece count really shouldn't be that expensive. Unless there are plenty of special molds to be made, the rough 10c per piece ratio ought to be feasible. Quote

Imperial landing craft LAAT/i + the Clone Pilot from the last Gunship - so everyone can fill both cockpits AT-RT + 41st AT-RT pilot (a guy can dream) MC80 cruiser + Mon Calamari crewmember - would be the counterpart of this year's ISD AT-ST + driver CR90 corvette + Raymus Antilles Also, how about a Pau City set? Tion Medon Cody - of course with Sidious hologram 212th Trooper x2 Magnaguard x2 Battle Droid x2 Pau'an Warrior x2 + Boga, 2 crab droids, a dactillon (http://starwars.wiki...wiki/Dactillion) and the CIS control center / base Edited March 7, 2014 by Ephseb Quote

Wesker, not sure why you think a Twin Cloud Car should have a Chewie and Leia though With Leia its so we can get minifigures of both the white jumpsuit and the red gown she has in Bespin. Lego is unlikely to include both in the same set unless its a D2C like the Death Star. There's also the issue of Lego not making new molds for D2C sets so having her available in a retail set is the only way she can get a proper Bespin hairpiece. Quote
OBI-WAN37 Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 (edited) Though this will probably never happen due to the world's inability to appreciate the prequels, I would like to see a lot more UCS prequel ships and stuff on a 10179 scale. For example, a UCS venator, at least as big as the UCS 10030 Imperial Star Detroyer, a UCS minifg scale prequel-version slave I, a UCS republic gunship (though that 2013 one may be big enough for me), a huge UCS AT-TE, at least two UCS podracers (Anakin and Sebulba's), a UCS ARC-170, two UCS ETA-2 class interceptors (Obi-Wan's and Anakin's), a huge UCS invisible hand, UCS versions of the two speeders in the speeder chase from Episode II, larger-scale UCS Naboo starfighter, UCS geonosian fighter, huge UCS hailfire droid, huge UCS AAT, huge UCS republic cruiser, huge UCS sith infiltrator, huge UCS gungan sub, and a huge UCS royal Naboo cruiser, in chrome. arc Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 UCS gungan sub?! Has the world gone mad?! In all seriousness, there are some great Ideas here. (Although there already was a giant hailfire droid back in 2002 or 03) also, there is a project on cuusoo for an invisible hand. (With over 7000 supporters) Quote
MatthewH Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 (edited) What star wars set would you like to see remakes of? I would love to see a remake of the bounty hunter pursuit with the droid that had those centipede things Edited March 9, 2014 by MatthewH Quote
Darth Nader Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 Definitely Cloud City, but I don't think we could be getting it for at least a few years since lego will focus on Rebels and episode VII. I would also love to see a remake of the wookiee catamaran but lego probably won''t make that either for the same reason. Quote
