xboxtravis7992 Posted June 18, 2016 Posted June 18, 2016 I had a dream last night of a possibly amazing UCS set. What about a UCS Carbon Freezing Chamber? In a similar vein to the current set but much larger and detailed. Possible figures: Darth Vader, 2X Stormtrooper, Luke in Bespin Attire, Updated Lando, Bespin Guard, ESB Princess Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca with C-3PO molded on back, and an Ughnaut. That would be awesome. Don't forget Boba Fett in the figure line up to though! Quote

RetroInferno Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 I hope Lego stops producing really weird battlepacks ( Senate Guards, Non canon Phase 2 Geonosis troopers, Death Star gunner BP that includes 2 Imperial guards??? ). Hope we get a decent army builder out there soon ... Quote
Venkefedo Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Are those actually confirmed sets? Where are the TFA sets? lol ...just a wishlist. I'm still miffed about the Death Star Troopers pack, as it contained no "Death Star Troopers". Two Imperial Navy Troopers instead of the Royal Guards would've made it a better pack, tho there are many other variations that could've worked as well. But as it stands, the pack is practically like having an "Imperial Stormtroopers" battle pack containing two Shadow Troopers, a Shocktrooper, and a black-tunic Imperial Officer (often considered as "stormtrooper officers", like Commander Praji). I'd love to see a Rebels-based Imperial Battle Pack with Imperial Engineers (DS Gunner helmets but with a gold emblem; the current grey crew jumpsuit, maybe printed arms with gold emblems--not likely, of course), an Imperial Academy Cadet, or perhaps updated AT-DP & Imperial Combat Drivers with the correct mix of colors (dark bley armor/belt print on both; AT-DP torso, legs, head, and helmet in light bley, Combat Driver helmet & head in dark bley--and appropriate light/dark Imp emblems--with torso & legs in dark pearl grey, ala the Shadow Troopers). Rogue One will hopefully deliver some nice Imperial troop builders... Death Troopers perhaps, regular stormies, maybe a Shoretrooper without the blue arm. Quote

Hope we get a decent army builder out there soon ... I agree. Clone Wars: -501st troop batlepack, includes 3 501st clones and 1 commander -Galactic marine clone trooper battlepack, includes 3 galactic marines and 1 commander (bacara style) First Order 2 regular First order stormtroopers, 1 gunner and 1 squad leader or officer. I think these sets would be extremely popular. Not sure why Lego doesnt see what fans really want. Quote
HawkLord Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 I hope Lego stops producing really weird battlepacks ( Senate Guards, Non canon Phase 2 Geonosis troopers, Death Star gunner BP that includes 2 Imperial guards??? ). Hope we get a decent army builder out there soon ... I actually like all of those. The Senate guards are useful. The Geonosian troopers are unique (and the promoted torsos can be used on other military figures). And any OT battlepack is worth it. Sure we could get Stormies at some point, but its good to get this variety. Quote
Awkwardfryingpan Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 I'd really like a proper 1st Order battlepack with more than 1 normal stormtrooper. The price for 1st order stormtroopers is the only thing putting me off army building them. I agree that a new star destroyer would be nice whether OT or TFA version (unsure of name since I've not seen the film). Really feel like the rebels need some love in the battle pack department since the last proper rebel battle pack (Excluding the hoth one) was in 2008/9 (?). Quote

Hope we get a decent army builder out there soon ... The Senate Commando BP was pretty nice as it's the only set with non-CW style Senate Commandos. They're really nice minifigs. Other than that, I agree - the Geonosis BP would have been substantially better if it had two flametroopers and two desert camo ARF troopers. It does feel unlikely we'll get many more PT BPs but I am definitely holding out for a 501st BP and maybe a phase I clone BP too. Quote

Gremer Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 This. Just add a TIE interceptor and Lars Homestead. What's funny is that the reason I did that list was because I thought of an idea for an Interceptor.TIE Interceptor - $60 TIE Pilot Admiral Piett Stormtrooper R2-Q5 I disagree with the Homestead though. It would be fairly boring with no action features and the most notable thing to happen there is the execution of Owen and Beru, so it's probably a no-go. Quote
Forresto Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 On second thought I totally want the Lars Homestead now! Comes with 2 skeleton miniatures with a special burnt printing. They could even use the new Ghost Rider head piece for the heads. I kid Seriously though, the Lars Homestead could be really cool if done right. You could have a Tusken Raider attack. $90 Lars Homestead The set itself could be modular with three sections. There is the main dome with interior, the kitchen, and the droid repair room. Plus of course you need a moisture evaporator. Then Luke's Landspeeder. We could finally get a mold of a Bantha done to the quality of the Rancor. Minifigures: Owen Lars Beru Lars Luke skywalker 3x Tusken Raiders (with new gaffi stick mold) Animal: Bantha Quote

Although yes, quite boring if you dont include plenty of minifigures, it does make for an awesome Lego to place on your shelf. For me, I'd want a cloud city set for around $90 to $120 dollars. Quote
Khscarymovie4 Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 I would love a Force Awakens set with a rathtar. Along with a Starkiller base, though in think this would be hard if it's not a UCS set. Quote
Jar Jar Bricks Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 I'd just love for TLG to remake 7133, with how good the designs are now the two Speeders could look really cool, plus who doesn't want another version of Zam Wesell! But I guess it's not the most interesting set for some people. Quote
brickmasterben11 Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 I would love another 75133, I missed out on it, and we haven't had a Zam Wesel minifigure since. Quote
atlas Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 Yeah that could be a great set You could have Anakin, Obi-Wan, Zam, and Padme in her night gown. Though unfortunately the chances of Padme being produced as a figure are basically zero because she isn't in many action sequences. Then the assassin droid, the two speeders and maybe an exploding window Quote
Forresto Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 (edited) Could we also get the two worm centipede things? Edited June 28, 2016 by Forresto Quote
wesker Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 I'm just going movie-to-movie trying to think of sets and how LEGO might do them (I skipped 1 and 2 though): Cloud Car - $25-30 2 Bespin Guards Lobot Nebulon B-Frigate - $110 Bespin Leia Bespin Luke Lando 2-1B Medical Droid C-3PO R2-D2 Nice ideas. I still think that Leia should be the hero character if a Cloud Car is released, especially if it came out simultaneously with a new Cloud City. Having her appear in both sets means both her Bespin Gown and Bespin Escape costumes can be released plus it gets around the issue of USC sets not being able to create new molds which would be essential for an accurate hairpiece of her Bespin hairstyle. Also got to have a Cloud Car Pilot. The Nebulon B-Frigate would be better coming with these versions of Luke and Leia. I would love a Force Awakens set with a rathtar. Along with a Starkiller base, though in think this would be hard if it's not a UCS set. I'm wondering if we may actually be seeing a Starkiller Base set soon. Previous Lego video games have given a first look at official minifigures due out in upcoming waves and this version of Han Solo looks pretty authentic compared to some of the other unmade characters in the game: Yeah that could be a great set You could have Anakin, Obi-Wan, Zam, and Padme in her night gown. Though unfortunately the chances of Padme being produced as a figure are basically zero because she isn't in many action sequences. Then the assassin droid, the two speeders and maybe an exploding window Its ridiculous how badly Padme gets overlooked. Any minifigure of her would be more than welcome. And Zam is long overdue for an update. Quote
xboxtravis7992 Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 One of my friends had the Zam and Anakin Speeder chase set when I we were kids. For a set from 2002, it was actually really well done with the shaping. The colors of the two vehicles were awesome to, and are a much needed break from the typical Bley spaceship sets. If we got an updated Speeder chase Anakin and Obi-Wan and Zam would all need to be in it. Maybe a small build of Padme's apartment to so we could get a new Padme, with R2, and a Captain Typho figures. Quote
Jar Jar Bricks Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 I know it's not the the best set ever but it's only been done once and there easily identifiable vehicles, personally I love anakins "borrowed" speeder. Plus Zam's only ever been in that set and so I really think that deserves an overhaul. Quote
RetroInferno Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Yeah, I'd imagine a set with Chewie, Han and Finn on Starkiller base mugging Phasma down a trash compactor. It would close the cirle of "Captain Toys" alright in an approriate yet ironic way. Quote
Nokturn Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Does anyone else think it's a possibility that we'll see more sets from The Freemaker Adventures? In a recent episode, Dengar actually used his ship, the Punishing One. I'd love to see that as a set, for example. Quote
