I actually wouldn't mind seeing future podracers scaled down to a much smaller size. Not necessarily microfighters but something similar to the Cloud City Slave I model. The smaller scale means they could potentially pull off up to five different racers at the usual Summer wave flagship price range, or even as solo releases as part of the "Great Vehicles" range. Plus it would be good to see other podracers like Gasgano, Mawhonic, Teemto and Ben Quadinaros released rather than just Anakin and Sebulba all the time.

With the 20th anniversary sets on the way I thought I would name some sets I would like to see. For A New Hope I would love a Lars Homestead set, sadly the scene might be too controversial to be made so I would be fine with a Obi-Wan hut. For Empire there is not much for me that I would want too see left. 2018 gave me a new Yoda's Hut and Cloud City, I will say a new Tie-Bomber would be good as I know must people want a new one. For Jedi I really want to see a remake of the Endor Base, it's perfect timing too as the last one was released for the 10th anniversary. I want the new one to focus more on the base and less on the side builds this time around though. A remake of the Home One Cruiser would be very welcomed too. That's what I want for the 20th anniversary sets, but now that the Master Builder series seems to be a thing now I will share some sets I want from that line. Yavin IV would be a perfect too be made into a Master Builder's set and I think we can expect it one day. Geonosis Arena/Factory would be nice. I Starkiller Base similar to the Death Star would be amazing. The set I want the most though is a Master Builder's Jedi Temple. So many possibilities, this set would be a dream come true if it ever happens.

I think a Lars Homestead set could get by without the gory bits just fine.  Just leave out the skeletons!  After all, the Tuanul Mesa attack in TFA was represented in 75149 without any of the real atrocities.  When I watched ANH as a kid, I never realized the burning skeletons were meant to be Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru; I just saw blackened burning debris that blended in with the rest of the scene.  I didn't realize it was supposed to be a disturbing, gory scene until I was a teenager.  TL;DR: I'd like a Lars Homestead for the 20th anniversary too.

Agreed.  I don't think there's anything inherently controversial about the Lars homestead.  I'm kind of astonished that the set hasn't been done yet, but if sets like Hoth Medical Chamber (no action, no enemies, potentially geared toward nostalgic adults) are any indication, I think it is very possible next year.  #BanthaOrBust

Yavin 4 is a definite possibility, I agree. Especially seeing as it has already previously been in the works and now with the new rebel pilot helmet moulds, what better way to distribute some more individual helmet prints? Although I would still be happy if we got a red leader polybag.

I really want to see that Elite TIE Fighter we got a glimpse of in Solo become a set, it really looked awesome. I would also love a Master Builder Series podrace set with several Podracers and their drivers, the announcers, 3PO, Gardulla the Hut, an Eopie, and Shmi Skywalker. It’s a crime that we haven’t gotten 3PO from episodes one or two yet

Glad to see others also want to see more of the podrace. I too am disappointed by the lack of TPM and AOTC C-3PO minifigures.

A UCS/MBS Cantina would be great but the only downside to that is that those sets don't usually get new molds. Ponda Baba and Garindan are going to need them, and I'd say at this stage they and Dr. Evazan are the three most important Mos Eisley characters that haven't been covered yet.

They could get creative using existing parts with some of the other Cantina backgrounders though. A flesh colored CMF surgical cap would be an easy way to pull off Brainiac and the Werewolf headpiece could be reused for the Wolfman.

Okay, I'm just throwing this out, how about Mos Eisley Battle Pack. It would be sort of like the Bounty Hunters Battle Pack, except it would have characters from the scene (Dr. Evazan, Ponda Baba, Garindan, Hammerhead, Snaggletooth, etc.). The build could be a Landspeeder, or a Bantha maybe?

I don't think we'll see a TPM 3PO as he was basically naked and the all the printing would basically be wires. How could they print the head?

I don't really like the idea of that. Like BPs are supposed to be mass bought and used to make armies. I don't think it's very wise to include named figures as that would defeat the purpose.

Well I have a feeling that we won't see any Mos Eisley-themed sets anytime soon, so it would give Lego a chance to get some iconic characters out there.

But I do see what you mean, so maybe instead another $30 Mos Eisley set that you could connect to the 75205 Mos Eisley Cantina, sort of like how they did 70923 The Bat-Space Shuttle and the 70909 Batcave Break-In.

There has already been another Mos Eisley cantina made in 2014, so I don't see the point in making another. The Dr Evanzen would probably freak the kids out!

I' love to see a Geonosis Arena with some partially brick-build arena beasts. It's such an iconic location, and always liked the beasts (especially the Acklay, they bring back good memories from the OG Battlefront on Felucia), I'm surprised we haven't received one yet! Battlefront 2 is going to Geonosis this November... ah well. Who knows?

There has been a leak on Instagram of an excellent looking Finch Dallow minifig.

I would think he's including in a set based on either the Force Awakens, or more likely the Resistance cartoon, but your guess is as good as mine.

Finch only appeared in The Last Jedi during the bombing run in the film's opening. I can't really see him coming in anything other than a Resistance Bomber micro fighter to be honest.

Part of me sincerely hopes and part of me sincerely expects one of the rumoured anniversary special sets, given the price points and considerable length of absence, to be a speeder bike chase with updated Endor Luke and some updated Scout Troopers with accurate helmets.

That's the last Luke we need to complete updating all his looks. Farmboy, Stormtrooper, X-Wing Pilot, Hoth, Medical Bay, Snowspeeder, Dagobah, Bespin, Jabba's Palace, Jedi with collar up, Jedi with collar down. If we get that we should be done (Celebration Luke still looks decent if you updated the head and hair). And those helmets are in dire need of updating. Although I'll then need 4 of them to replace all my Scouts.

To be fair we've had pretty good updates of all the main trinity in recent years. Smuggler Han, Stormtrooper Han, Hoth Han, Bespin Han, Carbon Han, Endor Han. (although we need more of those dual moulded legs now)

ANH Leia, Celebration, Hoth Leia, Bespin Leia, (MISSING ESCAPE LEIA), ANH Leia Gown (Medical Frigate), Boushh, Slave, General, Endor Maiden. So just one missing there really.
