Why don't relase more frigates or crusiers? (Nebulon-B Medical Frigate, Droid Control Ship, Acclamator Assuault Ship, etc...)

For the most part, they lack playability and are too big. Not only that, but many of them aren't recognizable or interesting to the target audience.

Maybe next year. With the Battle of Mon Cal in CW series 4 in autumn, maybe soon they will be some aqua droids, and SCUBA troopers.

I'm not as big a fan of SW as I used to be (gasp! ), but I would like to see a set of Theed Palace, perhaps like

this:

Palace: Main building with a throne room with desk, chairs, hologram of Senator Palpatine, hidden gun compartment, foliage, and some Naboo-style scuplture. On the right the main building, a tower with Queen's chambers, dining hall, etc. & on the left of the main building, a hangar with opening doors and a reactor chamber behind it.

Vehicles: 2 STAPS, a Gian flash speeder, and a smaller, tan AAT.

Minifigs: Qui-Gonn Jinn, Obi Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Padme (Throne room dress), Captain Panaka, Nute Gunray (Ep.1 outfit), Darth Maul, 2 Battle Droids, 1 Pilot Droid, 1 Commander Battle Droid, Droideka, Rune Haako (Ep.1 outfit).

Maybe $200?

WOW the minifig alone would cost $200 . Id say maybe 5 - 7 figs not 19. Try to keep the fig count down. It sounds like the deathstar set wich retailed for $450 or close to that.

I think I'll start making ideas for location sets soon. Hmm...Geonosis arena...

A Theed Palace woud indeed be nice. In general i would love to see some (bigger) sets that could pose as a civilian spot. I know this is Star Wars and there ought to be action - yes, that's what we love about it. Still, places like Cloud City, Mos Espa, Mos Eisley Cantina etc. are well suited to represent where people in SW actually do live.

That's what i like so much about 10193 and 7189 - the only kingdoms/castles sets i bought within the last 25 years.

I'd like that if they redesigned Grievous. I'm not satisfied with his arms. Not accurate enough for me.

I was thinking that LEGO might release one big playset for each movie, stuff like set 8038. I already wrote about a playset for episode 1, so as for the rest:

the Geonosians are riding when they bring out the creatures.

Actual Build: Arena with V.I.P box, 3 cages with opening and locking doors, the 3 bars with chains (collapsible).

Ep.3 (3-D release 2014):

TLG is very unlikly to make another play set like cloud city or the death star. Hoth Echo Base, and Endoe shield bunker are as large as they are likely to get nowadays.

For a less expensive (only just, probably ) way to get the General, I think a new Wheel Bike, would be a more likely set (more action, and they could include Obi-Wan and the Boga to jack up the price).

Agreed. Personally I think 7255 was a rather <insert that tiresome argument> set that had the potential to be far better, and a remake after 6 years would do the vehicle justice.

We probably won't see one until Ep. 3 has it's 3D release, unless of course it appears in the Clone Wars.

But we apparently are getting an Ep. 3 set in 2012 (Anakin's Starfighter), so I could be wrong.

I'm always happy to see new minifigs in remake sets like this last pod racers set but c'mon. Why make remake sets like droid escape when there are so many sets that have not yet been made, namely:

1. The Cantina from the original Star Wars - minifigs: the cantina band guys, walrus man, the scarface dude, Luke, Obi-wan, etc.

2. The Rancor monster battle scene from the orignal Star Wars: Figures: Luke-redesigned, Gamorean Guard-redesigned, The Rancor,

3. A Cloud City Set featuring the Han Solo freezing scene: minifigures: ugnaught, Solo, Leia, Chewy, Lobot-redesigned, Boba-fett, Vader, Storm,

4. A Zillo Beast Set: with elite clones and new jedi minifigs with maybe some new lightsaber colors(why only green and blue?)

5. A night sisters set: minifigs: Mother Talsan, Any of the Nightsisters, Asaj Ventress

6. A Separatist Alliance Set: minifigs to include all of the separatist leadership figures

7. A Zero the gangster set: minifigs: Padme, Zero, 3PO, Red Clones

8. A Set with Master Senubay!!! - minifigures: Jango-jumper, Senubay, Librarian Jedi, Cad-Bane's cohort, Fish-guy, Asohka-redesigned

9. And Finally just any set with the following minifigures: A Kaminoan!, Dex!, a rabbit droid!, Wag-to!, Zero!,
