At $25, I don't think that there would be enough pieces in the set for the Hyperdrive Ring. Maybe if the price was jacked up to $50 or so. :sceptic:

Which droid would that be?

The one Obi-Wan held on to at the beginning of the chase. (Name?)

I have been looking over the internet to find out what the two seat speeders stationed at the Taris upper levels, appearing in KOTOR are called, but without succes. However, I would still really like to see this speeder turned into an official lego set. It's very unlikely, but still. The windscreen piece used for the latest landspeeder would probably be perfect for this vehicle. And it would be a nice way to give us some OR minifigures.

I remember the last A-Wing we got had a green color scheme and I wonder if Lego would ever re-release the model by itself with a movie-accurate red color scheme.

I believe TLG was giving us Arvel Crynyd's ship (the one who crashed into the Executor). His ship has been retconned to green since he flew for Green Squadron...only red was used at the time because of the green screen problems they were having when filming.

Quite plausible suggestions, though I already had almost the exact same idea as the Umbara BP a few pages back.

Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter; About $25. Includes Obi-Wan, his starfighter, R4-P17, and a Kaminoan.

I gave up reading back in this topic .

We could do with a updated Delta Class with a flesh ATOTC Obi Wan.

In other word- it will be movie accurate at some point in the future after Lucas does another edit

Really? I was under the impression that they only used blue screens, which is why the blue edging on TIEs had to be added back in in post-production and X-wings were changed from blue trim to red.

I don't know about X-Wings, but the A-Wings were blue in the original concept art. They were changed to red because of the blue screen; meaning RotJ used blue screen not green.

Brickdoctor is correct. Red Two was originally designated as Blue Leader and painted as such before the change. I don't know whether A-wings were ever intended to be green, though (and in any case the studio model containing Arvel's miniature is red).

This original colour made its way through to the original novel as well.

Yes, it was blue screen instead of green screen, my mistake. The original A-wings were all supposed to be blue as well. Later sources have been coloring the A-wings due to their squadron color (red, blue, green, gold) even though they were all just one color in the film. It's the only reasoning I can think of why TLG didn't give us a movie accurate color.

I'll add my vote for a Mon Calamari Cruiser and the Nebula-B Class Frigate.. Especially the Mon Calamari, that has never been seen before!

A few weeks ago I would have said the curvy organic shapes are something TLG would never make but then I saw the pic of the Mlevolence and it does strike me as a possibility to have a Rebel cruiser to go with the Imp, Sep,and Republic ships we have.

I would like to know why TLG stopped producing small system scale sets? Just a few examples that were made years ago; 7101 Lightsaber Duel,7103 Jedi Duel,7251 Darth Vader Transformation,7113 Tusken Encounter etc. with one or two minifigs.

Now we have BPs, someone will say new Planet sets, ok...but that is not point so I would like to see again that "old-school" little sets, maybe one idea would be Yodas Escape Pod with Yoda and Chewie and so on.

probably all about money and profit from small sets but again I think that would be great...

I'm a big fan of the Nebulon B frigate. It could have some awesome detailing and greeble - especially if Lego would dare make it about 1m long

There is not even a rumor going on about it, so it will probably be some time before we see it, but I'm already dreaming of modding it

Perhaps I should just do a moc...

Yep, I'd love to see some of these little 'classic movie moments' vignettes in this style again.

I'm glad to have someone else interested in my suggestion. I hope TLG will start making them again soon...

Also I think that small system-scale sets are perfect for kids to enter in Lego SW Theme!

Little £3-5 impulse sets like these would be a great money spinner for TLG, some cheap common minifigs so they don't have to make new moulds, and a bit of scenery.

I'm wondering the same. They can make good use as both parts as minifig pack, and people will probably buy multiples of them. $40,- is easilier spent on some smaller sets, than just one larger set. So I expect it will be lucrative for TLG too.

I completely agree with you. I would also like to buy three or four smaller sets than a large one. In addition, this idea is in my opinion, good to meet everyone's wishes with regard to different subthemes within Lego Star Wars. More options for OT,PT, CW and now TOR fans... We will see if someone reads this and hears our wishes, I hope soon
