This is gorgeous. How did you get the floating effect?

Thanks much! I originally had some transparent panels underneath, but ultimately Photoshopped them out.

For the first picture, I stuck a red lightbrick inside the First Order Transport (I'm happy it ended up producing some Abrams-esque lens flare!) and shone a white light through the roof. Then I used a standard lamp to light up Finn's face.

The second picture just uses a single lamp with an orange-y filter over it.

Yeah, that lens flare is really nice! Love it. Nice and simple lighting. Well done.

Not been on here for a long time as I've been working on other stuff and the dreaded day job, but been having some downtime lately and fancied doing some Lego photogrpahy.
