Ras 74 Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 I didn´t mean you had to do it everytime you made a photo guys. Just some time in betwwen if you have a lot of extra lights, some special other things added to creat effects and so. Those pieces for your w-lan really looks good as background-buildings for Mos Eisley Quote
Brickus Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 Great Boba shot fenris, and smart idea for the using those cardboard pieces for the tusken shots. Quote
Sisco Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 Snow pic of Han on his Taun-Taun. It looks pretty bad compared to everyone else's! Quote
JCC1004 Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 Your Boba makes one kickass wallpaper Fenris. Quote
Legoroni Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 I was playing around, and got these. It's my first time, so be nice. Original and Photoshopped (I actually don't have photoshop, so ) Original and Photoshopped What do you think? Quote
Clone OPatra Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 They look very cartoony, but I think it's a problem to start out with such lowlight, fuzzy pics. Having clear, sharp images expands your capabilities in PS, and it always looks better to control blurriness than have a blurry image that you have to try to make sharper. I would suggest using a strong light source, and making sure your shot is in focus. It will help a lot. Quote
fenris Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 (edited) amen to that... but don't give up! and your pics are quite big... edith: i like the last one... it looks like art and is pretty cool! Edited February 10, 2010 by fenris Quote
Future74 Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Legoroni, it all depends on what you want to show us. Is it intended to be dark? Then a stand or tripod will help stabilize the camera when you make a shot without (flash)light. Otherwise you need more light. The photoshopped version reminds me of a combination between thermal view and night goggles. Good luck! and as fenris said; please resize your pictures (for instance 800x600) as some of us dont have a fast connection. Boba - my all-time hero.. a tribute: Great picture fenris! Although the pictures is not as sharp as you wanted it, this is just the thing that gives this picture something extra. You probably also cant wait for the summer release with the Slave I and new Boba Quote
fenris Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 thx a lot! You probably also cant wait for the summer release with the Slave I and new Boba although i've got printed boba (bougth it a week ago) NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I can't!! Quote
Big Cam Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 I think the originals are so grainy, that no amount of PS would help. Are you using an older camera?? As Clone O'patra said, some natural light would really help these out. Quote
CommanderFox Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 Good shots guys! I agree with Big Cam, some natural light would help with your shots Legoroni. CommanderFox Quote
fenris Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 (edited) Crushed by the empires elite tried a new angle... and night shift... Edited February 11, 2010 by fenris Quote

Legoroni Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 Hey guys, Thanks for all the input. First of all, I wanted them to be dark. Second, I am using an older camera, but it's not too old. Third I'm using a tripod. Here's a link to my BS folder to see some of my better shots. Quote
