prateek Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 I love the last pic, fenris! It always seems that Snowtroopers get picked on the most out of all Hoth personnel Quote
smokebelch Posted December 12, 2010 Author Posted December 12, 2010 (edited) Great shots fenris How are you getting on with your new camera? I've not done a silly SW Lego shot in a long while... But here's a new one from me And why did you have to fry poor Greedo? by smokebelch, on Flickr Turns out Jabba was speaking literally, Captain Solo appears to have developed a taste for fried Rodians! Brickdoctor Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 Agreed! BTW, how did you get the axe to stay like that? The purist solution would be something like a 1 x 1 round that could slide over the neck and clamp down onto the axe while remainig hidden behind the torso, but otherwise clay or similar substance would do the trick. And nice shot, too. Quote
smokebelch Posted December 13, 2010 Author Posted December 13, 2010 (edited) Cheers guys, yeah looking at it now it is really creepy isn't it- think its Han's trademark smirk that just gives it that really creepy feel (well given what he's doing anyways ) The idea just popped into my head when i woke up yesterday- must have had some really strange dreams! Agreed! BTW, how did you get the axe to stay like that? Just a bit of blue tack- was gonna use a lightsabre at first but the axe looked better- and more creepy! (I was testing out possible backgrounds) An unknown Clone Commander Receives Order 66, on an unknown Forest planet! I was bored, and decided to take these pictures! (Was testing out a background, and a use for the sand green AL commander helmet!) SOrry for the size of the pictures, I'll scale them down when I can. Quote

LuxorV Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 This is just a shot I took for Surge 2.0's review few weeks ago (I'm not sure how many SW fans venture in the Action Figures' forum ), with Luke showing off his new Blue lightsaber. I really like this deeper colour for the blade, and hope TLG will use these new pieces for future SW sets. Quote
Big Cam Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 getting to know my new cam... OOOoooo, what kind of camera!?! Quote

I saw it already. You can get 2 in... (I don't know names of those heroes ) Still, those are really cool and I like them much more than trans-light blue ones. Quote

LuxorV Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 I really think I should have posted the pic here earlier Thanks for the positive feedbaks, too. The clean look of the photo is a result of the training in the Reviewers Academy Quote

AoNZ Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 That shot is really clean and I do love the effect that the Trans-Dark Blue blade gives. I'm finding it hard to get clear shots close up of the minifigs but that there is a great job. Quote
