March 25, 20159 yr Wow, just wow! This is quite an impressive way to make a review Love everything about it, animations are stunning and cute at the same time, sound effects are splendid, setting is classic, really a high quality 'product'. The only question... is the 'pirate' really a pirate, I always considered him a sailor... Anyway, have to watch more now Thank you very much for this!
March 25, 20159 yr Author Thanks a lot for your comment. Propably you have right. That could be just a sailor :)
March 25, 20159 yr Good job with the review and stop motion filming. I think a pirate would be locked up in the brig.
March 25, 20159 yr Cool and nice animation! I have the set myself and I'm really proud, because it's in such a good state..
March 25, 20159 yr Nice review and video. I always loved this ship, I have 2 complete ones fully built right now in my collection. I think this ship was one of my favorites because the Imperials always needed to have a ship, and the sails having the Imperial logo really made it stand out, giving the soldiers a chance against the Pirates on the seas. On top of the 2 complete ones I have, I think I also have 2 full sets of extra sails too, maybe I will make a custom Imperial ship with those extra sails.
March 25, 20159 yr Loved this. Short and sweet (though I imagine it took a long time to make it haha). I really love this set and plan to buy it once I get some disposable income.
March 25, 20159 yr Awesome stop motion. I remember being excited when I first got this ship so many years ago. The compass was amazing. But I also remember some disappointment. Thinking that it was weird for Lego to make thinner ship hull pieces. Hulls that can't fit two cannons back to back. And I thought that Lego might be cutting costs when compared to the BSB and CC. Yes even as a kid I was thinking that Lego was getting cheap. Now as an adult Lego Pirate collector, it is interesting to see how much this ship is liked. I like it too Edited March 25, 20159 yr by Southwest Chief
March 26, 20159 yr Wow! this might be the best review I have ever seen in my life! if an image equals 1000 words... a video would worth 1000 images! (614 in this case ) Really impressive work, I loved it!
March 26, 20159 yr Author Thank you guys. I'm really happy you like it (my video or this set :D ) Anyway thanks ! Nice review and video. On top of the 2 complete ones I have, I think I also have 2 full sets of extra sails too, maybe I will make a custom Imperial ship with those extra sails. I have also 2 ships like that. One in really well condition (you saw it in my video) and second one a little bit poor and without third sail :/ Excellent stuff. I love this. Can we have more? PLEASE! Of course ! I have 3 more lego pirates sets on YouTube now. You prefer thaht I putt all of them here ? I'm working at new Pirates sets from 2015 and later I will retake the old ones. BSB is waiting for me :D Awesome stop motion. I remember being excited when I first got this ship so many years ago. The compass was amazing. But I also remember some disappointment. I like it too I never had this one like a child but always wanted to have. However it was the same for me. I was looking the images and comparing. The disappointing things is also that in Imperial the cocpit is poor. In CC it' a little bit better. But I love it anyway :) Edited March 26, 20159 yr by Bricks Planet
