"May be best to finish our sweep of the place and take care of the remaining vampire and Melville. We might just be standing on a trap at this point."

I think the gun placements were at the top of these stairs, so everyone should get ready to fight the last vampire. It also worries me that there were more Crimson Crown here than that grunt led us to believe... if he really was dying why not just tell us the truth? Perhaps it is best that we left him there." Hybros uses his last Grand Tonic on Melvin, and drinks a Nostrum for himself before leading the party on to the gun towers.
