It takes me almost an hour to run a six-hero battle with no gimmicks... My activity will be limited until Friday. Hoke hops on Torc to unleash some havoc from the air. Flying in unison just above her, Volmuniix swoops down at the last moment, reaching down with his hind claws and snapping up Guts and Zasies. Giuliana reaches down an armored hand to pull them onto the elder dragon's back, and is promptly hit by a spell by Melville - and Kjorfalneire gets a passing snap at her leg. Neither does a lot to her considerable fortitude, however. Guts and Zasies lean down to hack in retaliation at the admiral from above, dishing out some serious damage while Illdria, Thalion, and Hybros hold down the bow of the ship. Well, Illdria and Thalion hold down the bow, Hybros sees it as a good time to create some gold bars. Meanwhile, the remainder of the heroes decimate the Crimson Crown forces on the starboard side of the ship. Dyric and Em provide covering fire, whilst Erik sprints in the epicenter of the action, his vicious axe swings and ice spells felling two crowds of the red-garbed extremists. Melville is barely keeping pace as he raises another, stronger mob that guards the undead Kjorfalneire. Guts slid halfway off Volumniix's back, holding onto a spine with one hand and the other slashing through Melville's shoulder as they flew overhead. And finally, Zasies outright jumped off of Volumiix, pulling her mace back in the air. The sheer speed gathered by jumping off a flying dragon was plenty: her weapon caved in Melville's skull with ease, his unnatural endurance failing to help him. "THIS ONE FOR JULES, MSHRNMAR!" The admiral's body stumbled backward in reflex, then crumpled under the weight of the swing. Giuliana pulled the Selkreeth back aboard as Volmuniix took off again. Erik sent a spell flying at the Wights, the darkness drawing their eye as Dyric notched an arrow, and, mid-flight on a dragon, managed to send it punching straight through one of their maggot-ridden skulls. Em put his shield up, taking the brunt of the attacks from the third wight cluster, a few of the blinded Sicarii, and worst of all, Kjorfalneire - the enormous sea fiend smashed through a fair bit of the metal-plated deck, gnashing its teeth at the warden. He lifted his shield in time to get it caught between its teeth, but the monster lifted him up into the air, thrashed him about, and tossed him into the mast, knocking him out instantly.
