legotechnicus Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 Started a new project a couple of days ago and I thought I would share it. It's a Keworth K100 daycab. The colors aren't right yet, but I wanted to get the shape right first. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=6250502 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=6250501 http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=6250503 Quote

legotechnicus Posted March 30, 2015 Author Posted March 30, 2015 Did you use some blueprints as a reference? Not really, just looked up some pictures and different models Quote
Milan Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Maybe you should use some plans to make sure dimensions are ok. Right now, it seems that your cabin is a little bit short. K100 daycab is short, but yours is a bit too much short. Quote

Mark275 Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Looks very promising . I wonder if you could show us more pictures of the rear axle, because the way you connected it to the chassis looks very interesting to me . Btw I like you motto, to bad it ain't a DAF then Quote

The frame and axles are based on 2legoornot2lego's trucks. If you look him up on brickshelf or mocpages you will see how it works. Haha and I am thinking about doing a old Daf truck, so maybe you will see it in the future Quote
