Captain Braunsfeld Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Great. I like this a lot. Looks so realistic. One thing only: As there are no stickers on the inside, there is a lot of "white wall" there (but I'll probably have to live with that ) Quote

gazumpty Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 I actually like the white interiors as it focuses on the real gems of your builds....your interior detail objects and furniture! Quote

Thanks 'gazumpty', I'm going to make some stickers actually for a few different things tomorrow as I need to rearrange a 48x48 to take this building plus add a gate with access road. Keep watching ! lightningtiger Posted March 31, 2015 Author Posted March 31, 2015 Another fine build LT. Keep 'em coming. Thanks 'eurotrash', I'll try and keep 'em coming......but I'll finish the show first before starting a fresh 48x48 to be slotted in the main street. Keep watching......I'm still got a few little things to add tomorrow to this MOC. Quote
wooootles Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Nice work and interior details like the tire rack... Will it eventually include a garage? Quote
lightningtiger Posted March 31, 2015 Author Posted March 31, 2015 Thanks 'wooootles' and 'Balbo' for your kind words. Now a garage, well I have fuel pumps at two different locations, a car dealer and of course this workshop......so might be another kind of garage down the track. Note the car is from the SC range. (the only three non-MOC items in my layout are the SC cars......driven by the ex-stooges of TG) Keep watching ! Quote
lightningtiger Posted April 1, 2015 Author Posted April 1, 2015 Man, those mice on the top of the page is creepy ! Anyway, update time...... Keep watching ! Quote

Markalus Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 I love your work! May I ask what stickers you use or when you source them from? They look so professional and really enhance your MOCs. Quote

Thanks 'Markalus' for your kind words, well the stickers are printed on photo sticker paper either gloss or matte (what I can get hold of ) and use Goggle Images as a source of images after which I work on them on my laptop. Keep watching for my next project, etc., ! Quote
mikaelsol Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 I like this. My dad worked at a tyre service centre before retiring. Spend a lot of time there as a kid on days off from school. Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 The car looks powerfull ...I like the jack! Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 21, 2015 Author Posted June 21, 2015 Thanks for the kind words and feedback, I'm working on a new jack because I have lost the old one. Keep watching ! Quote
bogdanmn Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 It looks like a great little garage, great job. I would only suggest to change the tire from inside with the new more modern tires that apper on the car. they look much better. Other than that, it's great ! Quote

Thanks for the feedback 'bogdanmn', tyres eh ? Well, those ones I have the most of and they are only there for the effect of fully stocked tyre racks. It's at 46 supports now, 4 more than the original one that was a front pager on EB five and a half years ago. Keep watching & Brick On ! Quote
lightningtiger Posted July 17, 2015 Author Posted July 17, 2015 SUPER AWESOME BUILD! Thank you 'Fireman5481', I have more up here on EB and some are also on Lego Ideas. Brick On ! Quote
Out of Sight Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 Great idea on that lift jack...love it. That flatbed truck is also an eyecandy, but it wouldn't hurt adding a GQ Patrol or 75 series Cruiser ute perhaps ...these are quite common sight on the Outback. Quote
