Migalart Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Erebor base on “Hobbit - The battle of five armies”. MOC presents the meeting of Bard the bowman and Dwarfs in front of Erebor fortress, before the battle of five armies begin. Attention – This is only 2/3 of original structure high. I had to decide to do it smaller or cut it. I decided to cut it, but there is a chance that in the future I will continue project to the full size. It will have then 2 meter high J Structure include exteriors and limited interiors of Erebor. Time of building – 7 months Size – 1,6 meter x 1,4 meter x 1 meter Number of pieces – 55 000. Single Dwarf Has more then 6kg and is bigger that LEGO Death Star set. Photo with the autor :) https://www.flickr.com/photos/migalart/ Quote

Umbra-Manis Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Why don't we have an exploding head emoji? This is incredible! Quote
LittleJohn Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 That is ginormous! Amazing work, I love the interior Quote
Balbo Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Wow, I really have no words to describe that MOC  I can't stop looking at it. The dwarven statues, the entrance - everything is just amazing Quote
Eurolock Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Wow. This is truly stunning - both in scale and detail. Wasn't expecting the interior...but that was even more impressive! Picking out individual parts to comment upon is difficult because there is just SO much to take in..... the giant statues (particularly the beards!) and the abandoned mine carts were definitely amongst my favourite parts though... kreimkoek Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 My man! This looks just like the movie. Well done! I like how you recreated the snowy look. I would really like to see "the battle of five armies" take place in front of it :D Love it. Quote

Elostirion Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 What amazes me most about this absolutely stunning creation is, that despite the ginormous size and details of the landscape, you still put so much effort and love into the interior. Stunning build, one of the best ever! Quote
