Just ordered The Inquisitors TIE, Death Star Troopers and Shadow Troopers. Also ordered the book with Proto Fett so that should be cool. Very excited for Yularen as well.

Same here. I ordered a few minutes earlier and my order (Sandcrawler) hasn't been shipped yet. :(

I heard TLG wanted to prevent early minute buyers to loot everything which would prevent the kids from getting any discounted sets and promos, so instead they will ship those sets after everyone has made their order.

That's strange, if I were you I would call the customer service, as that's not common. I ordered a few days later and in fact they already visited my house once but I was not at home

i got two DS 10188 today, with difficulties:

While the DS is everywhere in Europe (world except US) sold out online its still available in Brand Stores.

My aim was to buy two, one for me, one for my best friend. I had in mind to buy via two diffrent VIP cards (one is mine, one is his').

In Cologne they told me they will sell only one to me as person, independently from the two VIP cards which belongs to two different persons. The store assistant had to ask her manager, but he confirmed the "one physical person rule". This was also valid for the Yularen fig. She told me 10188 is highly restrickted and limited to one purchase per person because its limited stock.

I said i could come two hour later and nobody will remember me... Her suggestion was to aks other people in the store to pick the DS for me, CRAZY!!

Well the next Lego store in Oberhausen gave me the second DS on my account aswell with the Yularen...

I never expected that reaction when somebody puts about 800€ on the table.

For people's information, my order (placed on Saturday at lunchtime, so very early morning Europe time) was only shipped yesterday. I did not order any large sets. Until then it said "in warehouse" for a few days. My points haven't updated yet.

Same here Artanis 1. They consolidate orders before shipping. I was told by a Lego shop@home rep that Australian orders come via their warehouse in Belgium and due to the high cost of shipping to Oz they couldn't offer the same May the 4th 10% discount on select sets as offered to US and European customers. Make of that what you will but when major bricks & mortar Lego retailers here regularly sell at 20-40% off rrp it's a little hard to swallow.

I just received my order Yularen in DS pic coming up in 5 hours!

Got my ISD, DS Trooper BP yesterday with poster and Yularen. Of course the nimrods at Lego packed the poster on the bottom, causing it to get stuck on the tape from the cheap, crappy boxes they use. Ruined the poster.....of course the ISD box was crimped in one corner.

I have to say Lego has the worst shipping...they need to fire their shipping executives and staff, because they are a bunch of worthless clowns.

Debating on returning it for a more pristine box.....although will probably get a worse one in return. Definetly contacting them about sending me a new poster. It's freaking rediculous.

My order arrived today (again), quite happy with it!

Though I find it a bit strange my poster came in folded too, considering I bought the ewok village, on which the poster could have easily been left spread.

Your story sounds quite worse, ISDAvenger! I have never had a problem with their shipping, they used a rigid box with air-plastics (no idea how these are called) on my shipments usually.

I would say about 60% of my shipments were delivered looking like crap. I try to avoid ordering from SAH at all costs.

The posters were delivered to lego folded I think. I got a poster from buying the tie ucs at my local lego store and they were all folded there too.

Okay seriously... I ordered the T-16, a battlepack and a microfighter to get Yularen.

Received them today. In two boxes. One small box with the sets, and a larger box with just the poster!

Ordered my UCS Tie Fighter and Simpsons Qwik-E-Mart on Saturday, and they got here today. In the box, much to my surprise, was TWO Yularen minifigures and the poster. Sadly, the poster was caught up in the tape used to seal the box and ripped. I e-mailed Lego customer support and they immediately responded and are sending out a replacement poster. Customer Service there is amazing.

I'm not sure if I got two Yularens because I spent $200 on the UCS Tie Fighter, or if it was a mistake. Either way, I got one sitting in my Death Star right now, and the other remaining sealed up.

I got an email saying my poster and Yularen were being delivered but the UCS TIE I bought to get them is on back order so will come later. More postal madness.

Ordered hail fire and republic police gunship and shadowtroopers at Monday night and just now got them this morning with yularen and the poster

My poster got ripped during shipment :) They put in the bottom and it slid under the cardboard flap and stuck to the tape holding the bottom of the box!

I'll have to contact customer service and hope i can get a replacement. :(

I've been impressed by the quality of the packaging that TLG have used in the last 5 years, and virtually everything I've received has been in perfect condition. However, I was surprised that my recent May 4th order was literally delivered in just an outer box, with lots of space above it and a distinct lack of the air bags (or whatever you call them!). Luckily it was undamaged, but it seems a strange move to send £170 sets without suitable cushioning

I hope that it's a temporary 'blip' due to the influx of orders, and not a change in policy.

Weird as I have recently experienced just the opposite.. 10188 in cardboard box, then 'airbags', then outer cardboard box.. But that was a month or so ago.. We'll see if my May the Fourth order is packaged just as well.
