CopMike Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Hi! Well now its finished and Ive put it up at my cinema instead of Chief Wiggum. I think this was harder to do and Im not fully satisfied with it, but done is done. The problem compared to Wiggum was that The Thing is a "real" character which makes it much more detailed & I just had orange to work with. Nuff said: Eat my left fist >:-)! Freight train coming your way! Ill take some pics from the cinema tomorrow when the movie premieres in Sweden. Clobbering On copmike Quote
Aredhel Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 You've done it again, though the Chief was really better! But IMO for this difficult character you did really well! Nice idea with the fist! F4 ON! -Aredhel Quote
Minifig Lecturer Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 these are super cool. i loved that character :) ))) Quote
xwingyoda Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Impressive On my friend !! Really cool and that 4d fist is just brilliant *wub* Way better than the movie which is so freaking lame !! I wonder what you will bestow upon us next time ;-) Clobbering is so On !! *yoda* Quote
SirNadroj Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 AWESOME! I'm a big marvel comic fan! (I didn't see the movie though.) I love the 3-dimensional fist too! Clever. :-D Quote
xwingyoda Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Oh and I forgot to say that I love the fact that you did the comic version which is way better than the big plastic screen version :-D *yoda* Quote
Starwars4J Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 I'm impressed that you had this much orange 8- Quote
Siegfried Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 I think Wiggum was better, but I am not a Fantastic 4 fan. (...and that is putting it nicely!) This would have been a lot harder and you have done a great job. What was your source picture this time? Quote
Hinckley Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 I'm gald I finally got to see your thing. It looks nice. ;-) Quote
alex54 Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 Nice mosaic! Yes the character was harder to make, but you've done it very well. The 3D fist adds a nice touch! Just a question, do you work in the cinema where you show your mosaic, or this is just for the fun? Quote
CopMike Posted August 17, 2007 Author Posted August 17, 2007 Thanks for the feedback guys :'-)! Isn't it " Clobberin' " ?Well yes & no what I can tell. I found both so I went with G.What was your source picture this time?No single picture.
