I think it's time to show my upgraded Revel Scum minifigures! :pir-yoda:

Here are my Tatooine Luke and Ben Kenobi:

Custom Lego Star Wars minifigures - Luke Skywalker and Ben Kenobi on Tatooine

The dark tan hairpiece and 2007 printed legs benefit the Luke minifigure from 75271 set greatly in my opinion. Printed Jedi legs are also useful for Ben from 75270.

Ideally, Ben would've looked nice with a paper coat, but his 2014 minifigure (with erased hood on the back of his torso, if he is wearing it at the moment) still looks much better than with the absolutely inaccurate cape.

Custom Lego Star Wars minifigures - Rebel scum!

Award ceremony Leia looks good with a paper cape and flesh-colored arms. To reflect Carrie Fisher's small height, I used a 4-plate high brick-built skirt.

I absolutely love the 2018 dual-molded Rebel pilot helmet - it works much better for Luke than the usual one. Other Rebel pilots (like Wedge Antilles pictured), however, probably look better with the traditional helmet.

Also here are two brick-built custom weapons - the Z-6 rotary blaster and Chewbacca's bowcaster:

The bowcaster looks almost perfect IMHO, except for the lack of butt...

Nice edits.  I particularly like the Obi-Wan ones, may steel these. I recently bought some of the pilot Luke key chains and swapped the arms and legs with my pilots which has been nice, but I like the wedge without the helmet on.

That bowcaster looks good. If only they made that bow piece in black it would be perfect.

Of course you may! This is for exchanging experience, isn't it?

I understand. The new torsos and legs are more accurate

From my point of view, the Snowtroopers have always been among the absolute worst Lego Star Wars minifigures. The 2014 Snowtrooper Commander minifigure is, without any doubt, the absolute best Snowtrooper minifig. I acquired its torso today and decided to create my own version, simultaneously upgrading my old Snowtrooper minifigures.

Custom Lego Star Wars minifigures - upgraded Snowtroopers and Snowtrooper officer (commander)

Unlike the Snowtroopers on set, the Snowtrooper officer wore a face mask not out of fabric, but of solid vacuform plastic. I decided to replicate it with a paper mask with a cusom drawing. The Snowtrooper officer was armed with a DL-44 blaster pistol in a holster, shown on the 2014 minifigure torso.

Since I laid my hands on especially sticky white stickers, I decided to go as far as giving my Snowtroopers arm decor. They are my perfect Lego Snowtroopers now - but I wish TLG realised new, better minifigures, with tan arms and legs instead of light bluish grey and dark tan.

I'd never noticed about the Snowtrooper commander before, that's cool. I don't know that I think tan is the right colour, it should really be more of an off-white... which would be a good colour for a lot of Star Wars vehicles too...

You mean the old, yellowish white? Yes, that's a nice option. The problem is that it's not an official colour - it's produced by the sun... But if you mean that TLG should create a new, similar official colour (between white and tan), I understand your point

I definitely mean a new colour XD I do not condone yellowing for any reason :p

My issue with the Snowtroopers is that their helmets should really be two pieces (similar to Vader’s, with the mask attaching to the neck and the helmet attaching normally), both since the single-moulded designs do not quite capture the on-screen appearance (and the helmets interfere with the updated neck bracket for backpacks!), and because there is no way to make Galactic Marines with the current helmet design!
I would like to see LEGO move to a two-part design with the mask and backpack as a single element that attaches on the neck (LEGO generally avoids doubling up on neckwear pieces, presumably for stability reasons), along with a new helmet piece that fits smoothly over the mask. The Snowtrooper Commander would need a different mask piece with a sleeker design and no backpack, and the Flametroopers seen in the Jedi games could use the regular Snowtrooper masks with different printing; the Galactic Marines would have the standard Snowtrooper mask piece in white and the helmet recoloured in dark red.

Hello,

Here I present four versions of our favorite Galactic Entrepreneur

2 canonic, two are my creations.

Lando seasons

I unfortunately don't own his most iconic light blue shirt from Cloud City, but I have a solid moc alternative as backup shown elsewhere

Feel free to check out Landos cameo in my latest episode in the Eurobricks Mysteries RPG game:

Cheers.

I currently have 11 'perfect' standard Stormtroopers, but plan to increase the number up to 20.

The GNK droid and vader are both nice, but man, the white hips on those stormtroopers really take them up a notch.

Love it! Arctic Lando feels like it might as well BE canon, I could totally see him wearing it. Shame he didn't join up until after Hoth.

Works really well, I like it!

Here are two minifigures that I absolutely didn't need, but made for idle fun: Princess Leia Organa, inspired by a picture, drawn by Bruce Timm, and an inaccurate Juno Eclipse with a correct Lieutenant insignia plaque (I am aware that she's canonically a Captain, yet the black uniform indicates that her rank is much lower).

Custom Lego Star Wars minifigures - Bruce Timm's Princess Leia Organa and Juno Eclipse

Those two minifigures are made using the same technique as my numerous DCAU minifigures - small cut stickers and paper. Torso printings were erased with an eraser

I sadly didn't have mid-length legs for Leia - they would've worked better for her, IMO

This may be slightly off-topic, yet I think I may post it here... It's a custom minifigure I created for idle fun - Field Marshal Cody in Stormtrooper armor (my own fanon):

The minifigure was inspired by the looks of the Snowtrooper officer and, of course, Clone Commander Cody from Episode 3.
