May 4, 20159 yr I love the exterior. You've nicely captured the feel of the era. The interior, though, seems a bit sparse. I'd imagine a building of that era would have a more ornate staircase, with a railing. I think the walls could use more paintings or other decorations to break up the monotony. The pool definitely seems out of place, but I see that seems to flow from the backstory you've presented. I'd expect a dining room or tea room in that space, maybe even a study.

May 4, 20159 yr Impressive! The detailing of the facade is just top-notch, I especially love the upside-down elements and the tiled frames of some of the windows. The protruding pool section is the icing on the cake. If there is a lighting - will you show us that, too? I'm always interested in that subject. Anyhow amazing job! :thumbup:

May 5, 20159 yr I like the build! Very nice. I would say the "architect" who designed the pool expansion failed with the "changes in the architectural appearance of the building" :) You modeled the real world very well.

May 5, 20159 yr Lots of good details but I find the grey is just a bit too dark for me. The Lighter grey brick profile bricks might have been better?
