HawkLord Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 It's probably already been mentioned, but TRU has the Hulk polybag available with a $30 purchase (in the U.S.) First time I've seen the signs up for it. Quote

LegendsOfNinjago Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 If you live I OKC, OK you can buy it you just need to ask at the counter. Neat little polybag! Changing hulk's hair to spikey. Quote
Numbuh1Nerd Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 Oh man, if Doc Strange looks like that in the movie, I don't think we'll even need a comic version! That looks so spot-on! Wow!! Quote

TBL Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 (edited) Well i'm happy, but would be more so if i see the Doc Strange license Can't wait to finally add Vision, Wanda and Black Widow tho, and a new Iron Man and Black Panther off course! I think i will be buying at least 3 sets next year, 2 CW and 1 Doc Strange Same here, I am looking forward to LEGO's interpretation of Black Panther! It's probably already been mentioned, but TRU has the Hulk polybag available with a $30 purchase (in the U.S.) First time I've seen the signs up for it. Yes it is out. You can get one that way, but you can also buy one. Just ask the cashier if you can buy one as well and you can buy one (regardless if they are on shelves) for around $5, but only one can be purchased per customer. Edited December 9, 2015 by TBL Quote

Amazing Bricks Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 I've got some close ups on the Gemini armor of iron man! getbusybrickin Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 The armor looks amazing! This is actually very encouraging to me; Lego (for the most part) is continuing to make amazing printed figures! Quote
Ultron Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Awesome! I'm sure he'll look good standing next to the iron legion as well. Quote
Khscarymovie4 Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Looks better then I thought. Exited to add him to my Iron Mam collection! Quote
Bricky Dee Williams Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Wow, that suit is beautiful. The white and gold, the printing, the blue lights and eyes, that's fantastic! He'll go great with the others! Quote
Butterfingers27 Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 The Space Armor does look very nice....but it's not the Gemini/Starboost armor. Quote

No, it definitely is not. Buuuttt... they are borrowing even more from Gemini than I thought they were: the gray sections have the same tessellating hexagon pattern that the Gemini does, and some of the gold highlights are in the right locations. The biggest discrepancy at this point is the Chest RT*: Gemini's is hexagonal, verging on triangular, while this is a simple circle. As it is, this figure is pretty; if it had more gray on the torso and the Chest RT were either triangular or hexagonal, I would be salivating. *I don't think we've ever definitively gotten a name for the glowing external panel on the MCU armors. I know the internal power source is the Arc Reactor, but in the comics, the RT node (comics version of the Arc) and the unibeam (external device) have separate names and functions. In Iron Man, he briefly refers to "the chest RT," so that's what I called it here, but I don't know if that's the weapon or the panel, or if the whole panel is only the weapon, as it has other functions in the comic. Ultron Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 No that it really means anything, but Falcon from the newest Lego Marvel trailer has been updated to have Finn's hair so something tells me that that's what we'll see on the minifig. Quote

Good points. The figure looks great, but the little things that you mentioned bother me to the point where I may not pick it up. Hammerhead, on the other hand, looks very good. I am glad they are making it a bit bulkier; it is closer to the movie representation. I think there have been more mentions of the Arc technology in the ancillary materials, particularly for Iron Man 3. Heartbreaker and Romeo, in particular, are described as having larger chest RTs, but you are right, there hasn't been a differentiation. Have they actually named the Unibeam? Quote
Khscarymovie4 Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 (edited) I saw White Tiger in the new trailer, and with new Spiderman sets coming would not be surprised if that figure is in one of the sets. Edited December 9, 2015 by Khscarymovie4 Quote

Please yes. I had just about lost hope of this. Another thing I've just about lost hope for is another X-Men set but I wonder what with the apparently improved fox/Disney relationship, what the chances of a summer wave X set are. Quote

NXS7 Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 I'm really hoping for a summer Ultimate Spider Man set (or sets) that has the much needed White Tiger and Agent Venom, with cool villain/s like Mysterio, Vulture or Kraven the Hunter Quote
