Bricky Dee Williams Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Neither is Ghost Rider. I'm really hoping Superior Spider Man will be in the new Doc Ock set That would make so much sense, and after the last two sets with Doc Ock and regular Spidey, it is desperately needed, and obviously in demand. I really hope that's what it is, have to wait as see at the Toy Fair in London! Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 (edited) *Spider-Ham Is this speculation or confirmation? Is that his real name? Just speculating there, but watch it turn out to be true. Edited January 4, 2016 by amazingbricks Quote
Actor Builder Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Is that his real name? I was told differently then. After a quick Google, it seems that they are both existing characters. "Spider-Pig" is a strange Simpsons character, while "Spider-Ham" is a strange Marvel character... I could be wrong though. Quote
Ultron Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Wow, so exciting! I love big location sets! Hm...could that bridge come with a certain love interest we've yet to see so that we could reenact a famous bridge scene? ;) Quote

I'm really hoping Superior Spider Man will be in the new Doc Ock set I'm hoping for as many variants of Spidey as LEGO will produce. I feel that Superior's suit design is very similar to Morale's suit. I know true fans can easily distinguish the two apart. It'll be interesting to see where LEGO goes with these sets in regards to Spidey variants. Strange they are releasing another Doc Oc when there are so many other villains that have never been printed. Quote

And making it slightly more sharp on the design. But as for Doc, I have no clue on how else we could see him. Maybe an armoured varient? Also I'm hoping across all 3 sets for Agent Venom, White Tiger, Scarlet Spider (either/both), Sup Spidey, Spider Gwen, Spidey 2099, Spider Ham, Mysterio, Vulture, Kraven and Shocker. I believe the bridge will have at least one civilian; Gwen Stacey, Aunt May? Also the Ock set should have a captive like Harry or Norman. Too much to choose from Edited January 4, 2016 by Quicksilver838 Quote

That would be fantastic, but if its with Multiple Web Warriors, I don't think it'd be a damsel in distress type of set. You left out a proper Electro (comic version - Green and Yellow) He'd be great too! After the ASM2 and USM versions, it's due time we got him. Quote
CM4Sci Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 From J2G's video - 76057 Web Warriors Bridge Duel - $100 76058 Ghost Rider Team-Up - $25 76059 Doc Ock's Tentacle Trap - $60 Quote

It's already a day one buy for me! As for the Doc Ock one, for $60 it better have Superior Spiderman! That brings the year's total to $435, plus whatever the fourth set for CA:CW is. Yowza! Quote
Khscarymovie4 Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Don't forget we don't know the price for doctor Strange either. Quote

That and based on how the entirety of this wave is pure Spider-Man, I have no doubt at this point Spidey's also going to be included in that Civil War set. If not, oh well. We're still (well hopefully) going to get a wide variety of characters. Personally, a Japanese Spider-Man (in the Bridge duel) with his giant mech would make my day Quote
Shawn Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 I just want to know when we are finally going to get a Silver Surfer minifigure. I have a custom, but I would really prefer a real one! Quote

Legocity2713 Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Damn, way too much cash this time around. Bricklink it is then! Quote
rob-ot5000 Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 (edited) I just want to know when we are finally going to get a Silver Surfer minifigure. I have a custom, but I would really prefer a real one! You and me and plenty of others. Unfortunately, we will never get it. Ever. Ever. Ever. Unless they first decide to release the Fantastic Four. Not that I know anything, but yeah. Marvel Studios and Fox Studios, they aren't known for playing well these days, and with all of their issues surrounding the FF, those are some of the least likely Marvel characters to show up. Aunt May minifig hint? Well, if you look again, he capitalized 'ALL' and 'MAY', so I'm assuming a mid-range set with multiple alternate dimension versions of Aunt May, including one based on Marissa Tomei, from the new film series. The villain will be May's dimension-spanning sense of loss. Includes the ghost of Uncle Ben. A perfect compliment for the Web Warriors set! But for real, two of those sets are definitely of interest to me. And if they went the Superior Spider-Man route with the Doc Ock set, I might have to be interested in ALL of them. I'm all over that Ghost Rider set, regardless of what else is in it. Hopefully something/someone cool! The Web Warriors set sounds amazingly full of potential! I'd be happy enough with a 10-piece bridge build and nothing but minifigs. I can dream! If it were just a general Spider-Man bridge set, I could definitely see a focus on the remaining Sinister Six figures we don't have, but with the Web Warriors moniker, I instead expect them to focus more on the Spider-Variants than they do the villains. My top picks are Spidey 2099 (classic, not the recent redesign ) and any Ben Reilly version (though Superior looks awfully close to Ben's Spidey in many respects). I also love Spider-Gwen's costume, so that would be neat. As for the villain, as much as I don't care much for him, I would expect Morlun, because of the Web Warriors tie-in, and yet....as someone else noted before, in the Spidey mythos, bridges often equal goblins. So many questions! Thanks, J2G! Edited January 4, 2016 by rob-ot5000 Quote
wesker Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Can't wait to see the bridge set. Something similar to the Spider-Man movie one only more detailed would be nice. Hope we see Gwen Stacy included. No it's definitely Star Lord. Only unmasked Cap, Falcon, Black Panther and Crossbones have new faces. Unsure on Iron Man, War Machine or Agent 13 Agent 13 reuses the new Princess Leia face from the Imperial Shuttle. Quote
