benderisgreat Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Just noticed that Hobgoblin has angry face on the back of the box. Nice!!! The more I see of this set the more I like it! Btw Hobgoblin's glider looks neat, and it doesn't have stud shooters! Quote
agoodfella77 Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 It was spoken about earlier in the thread. Spidey has the mighty micro's torso on display, but it was evidentially a mistake as the box has the regular Spidey torso. OK, thanks for the clarification. Quote
williejm Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Might want to get rid of that comment. However you meant it, people will take it the wrong way and see it as stereotyped and offensive. Because it is. Quote

Sebiron Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 (edited) Wait Scarlet s head piece is the same as Ultimate Spider Woman ? And she s in red and not dark red ? .......................... TLG........... And this transparent piece on Scorpion should be in green... Edited February 14, 2016 by Sebiron Quote
KCMatze Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Yep. I have reported him. Me too. Got to get rid of such BS comments. OT: I really like the closer and clearer look on all the comic figures: Ghost Rider (awesome!!!), Hob- and Green Goblin (both really good, too!) Kraven has really nice printing and details, Scorpion tail piece looks cool, I am slightly disappointed in Vulture, but I can't quite tell why. Looking forward to get my hands on these sets and on some figs on Bricklink (as the bridge might be too expensive for my budget. Ghost Rider set is a day 1 purchase for sure! Quote
Ultron Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 I'm very happy to see that Kraven has leg printing. It's also a really pleasant surprise that Scorpion has a new tail mold. I may Bricklink General Zod and give his face to Kraven though and his legs to Black Panther... Quote

N_Cat Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Kraven the Hunter has since his inception been a man who wears a midriff revealing vest, thigh-length leopard print tights, large, ostentatious furs and questionable facial hair. It's a (very) silly look, adapted faithfully. If you want, you can swap out the hair for Aldrich Killian hair in black. He doesn't usually have quite that much volume to his hair. Quote

Or perhaps maybe Joker hair in black. Its how it was in the game Quote
Peppermint_M Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 So now that kraven looks like a hairstylist what head do you guys recommend ? Edit: sorry guys did not mean it In a offensive way. Joschmidt33 Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 (edited) I absolutely love this wave of Spider-Man releases. The villains are great, and at the rate they're pumping them out I'd not be surprised if we get the Lizard and Mysterio next year. I'm a little gutted that it's not Spider-Gwen, but to go with a deep cut like Ultimate Jessica Drew is wonderfully surprising. Maybe we can get a regular Spider-Woman next year, her new redesign is different enough from the SDCC exclusive. Btw, hi everybody! (Hi dr Nick) Edited February 14, 2016 by Joschmidt33 Quote

Legocity2713 Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 This may seem random, but I am very excited about Vulture for some reason. Even without the white Thespian styled collar his printing is phenomenal, the green is cooling, and his head is very well detailed. The white and gray thin eyebrows really do the figure justice. Falconfan1414 Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Really like the look of this set. I am probably going to buy the rest of the marvel sets this year unless the civil war set is very very underwhelming Quote
Bricky Dee Williams Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Ooh, that set is nice! Can't wait for them to be released, any day now! Quote
kevkipo Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Really like the look of this set. I am probably going to buy the rest of the marvel sets this year unless the civil war set is very very underwhelming Right now it sounds like a dream set to everyone, It could feature 4 heroes and 1 villain in a dream scenario, from the 2 team's. Hawkeye and Scale Cap on one side, Iron Man and Spidey on the other, and then people really seem to want Ross or Zemo. But we'll see how it plays out, you can never go wrong with Spidey though! Quote
